Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass General Terms and Conditions

  • Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass is issued subject to these Terms and Conditions, and the Rules and Regulations of Shanghai Disneyland (“Park”) which are set out on our website at www.shanghaidisneyresort.com (“Website”) and posted at the Park entrance. The Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass holder must respect these Terms and Conditions and the Rules and Regulations of the Park.
  • UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY LAW, THE FALL AND WINTER SEASONAL PASS IS NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • THE FALL AND WINTER SEASONAL PASS IS STRICTLY FOR THE PERSONAL USE OF THE INDIVIDUAL PASS HOLDER. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO REVOKE THE FALL AND WINTER SEASONAL PASS, WITHOUT REFUND OR COMPENSATION: (A) IF THE FALL AND WINTER SEASONAL PASS IS USED FOR PARK ADMISSION OR REDEMPTION OF BENEFITS BY ANY PERSON OTHER THAN THE GUEST WHOSE NAME IS PRINTED ON THE FALL AND WINTER SEASONAL PASS; (B) IF THE FALL AND WINTER SEASONAL PASS AND/OR ITS BENEFITS ARE USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES OR ARE MISUSED FOR OTHER PURPOSES; (C) FOR UNSAFE, ILLEGAL OR OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOR; (D) FOR ANY OTHER VIOLATION OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE PARK THAT MAY IMPEDE THE OPERATION OF THE PARK.
  • A Guest may only own ONE Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass in his/her name. Except for the first Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass, all other Seasonal Pass owned by the same Guest may be blocked.
  • The Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass expires on January 25, 2018.
  • There are three tiers of Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass (All subject to days of restrictions specified on “Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass Calendar”):
    • Any Day Seasonal Pass (Except 10/2/2017-10/7/2017,12/31/2017)
    • Weekday Seasonal Pass (Except 10/2/2017-10/7/2017, 12/31/2017)
    • Sunday Seasonal Pass (Except 12/31/2017)
    Please refer to the “Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass Calendar” on Shanghai Disney Resort official website for eligible visit dates.
  • On these days of restriction the Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass does not allow access to the Park. These days of restriction appear in documentation provided to you at the time of delivery of your Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass and, can be found on our Website and are subject to change. This Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass does not guarantee park access on days when the park reaches capacity.
  • To activate the Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass, the Pass holder must go to the Ticket Booth in person with original ID credential (i.e. Government ID/Passport/Travel Document) and the order number. For Mainland China citizens, we accept ONLY Government ID as the ID credential to activate the Seasonal Pass. Temporary Government ID, certificate for Government ID lost, passport or driving license are not acceptable.
  • We will take photos of you as proof of your identity as the Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass holder. Your name and photograph will be associated with the Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass and the name and photograph cannot be changed.
  • All seasonal pass holders should follow the normal park entry procedures as other guests. Please follow the instruction of our cast members for park entry.
  • Guests are required to show the original ID credential used to activate the Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass at turnstiles when using Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass to enter the Park, in order to guarantee the identity of the Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass user and ensure its usage remains strictly personal.
  • The Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass allows access to the Park during the opening hours to the public (as published on our Website or on any other support to the convenience of Shanghai Disney Resort).
  • The Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass does not give access to the Park during special events that require a separate admission charge nor does it give free access to the parking lot, nor the Walt Disney Grand Theatre.
  • To request a Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass that is lost or stolen, the Pass holder must (i) come to the Park in person to complete and submit the reactivation application form at the Guest Services Window located outside the Park, (ii) provide personal identifications such as original ID credential (Government ID/Passport/Travel Document), the original receipt of purchase and any the other personal data as we may require, and (iii) pay a processing fee of RMB 300. Once the application is submitted, the original Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass will be deactivated and can no longer be used. We will verify the ID, photo matches the Guest before issuing a new pass. If a guests request to replace a seasonal pass more than once, the new Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass will be issued after 3 days from our receipt of application and payment. No Fall and Winter Seasonal Passes will be reissued if the application is submitted in the month in which the Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass expires.
  • Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass holders should keep their Seasonal Pass in good condition. If information on Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass cannot be recognized, Seasonal Pass holder will not have access to Shanghai Disney Resort. Under such circumstances, Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass holder should go to the Guest Services center for assistance.
  • We may from time to time change the operating hours of the Park or attractions, close the Park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program, due to capacity, extreme weather, special events, to ensure safety, security or order, or if circumstances so required.
  • The Terms and Conditions are subject to change. We will give you notice of any material change to these Terms and Conditions. Any such notice can be sent by email, via SMS text message or by posting the material change on our Website.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the availability of the Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass Program at any time.
  • We reserve the right to stop the guests who committed a material violation of the Rules and Regulations of the Park from becoming the owner of Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass.
  • For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Shanghai Disney Resort” or “we” means either or both of “Shanghai International Theme Park Company Limited” and “Shanghai International Theme Park and Resort Management Company Limited”.


About 1-Day Ticket Upgrade to Seasonal Pass Terms and Conditions

  • A used 1-Day park ticket from the last month may be upgraded to a Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass from November 10, 2017, on multiple official channels. Activation of the Seasonal Pass must be done within the same month.

  • The upgrade is eligible for Guests whose photograph is associated with such said park ticket.
  • 2-Day tickets, Complimentary tickets, Halloween Evening ticket, 1-Day Child/Senior/Disabled Special tickets (at 50% discount), double the magic ticket, group tickets, cast member discounted and corporate discounted tickets are not eligible for upgrades.
  • Guests upgrading the park ticket must adhere to the Fall and Winter Seasonal Pass General Terms and Conditions.
