Important information

Check-in procedures at the hotel's front desk must be made by the person whose name is under the booking. All guests (including children) and visitors to the hotel are required to register with a valid ID/Passport. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is before 11:00. Your room rate will be calculated based on the number of guests aged 12 and above staying in the room. Your party must contain at least 1 adult for each room. if you'd like to reserve more than one room, please book the rooms separately or call the Shanghai Disney Resort Reservation Center at 400-180-0000 (calls within the Chinese Mainland only) or +86-21-3158-0000.

All guests entering Shanghai Disney Resort will be required to follow the resort’s required health and safety measures.

All guests entering the hotels at Shanghai Disney Resort will be required to provide on-day room reservation confirmation (On-site reservations are not available).

In accordance with local regulations and as part of our commitment to protecting the planet, from July 1, 2019, Shanghai Disney Resort Hotels will no longer stock hotel rooms with disposable single-use products.

Shanghai Disney Resort's New Child Ticket Criteria begins October 8, 2019. Your room rate will be calculated based on the number of guests aged 12 and above staying in the room.

A park ticket is not included in the room price. If hotel guests wish to visit the park, hotel Cast Members will assist in handling the ticket purchase or registration procedure of valid tickets to ensure smooth entry.
