Spring Seasonal Pass General Terms and Conditions

  • Spring Seasonal Pass is issued subject to these Terms and Conditions, and the Rules and Regulations of Shanghai Disneyland (“Park”) which are set out on our website at www.shanghaidisneyresort.com (“Website”) and posted at the Park entrance. The Spring Seasonal Pass holder must respect these Terms and Conditions and the Rules and Regulations of the Park.
  • UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY LAW, THE SPRING SEASONAL PASS IS NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • THE SPRING SEASONAL PASS IS STRICTLY FOR THE PERSONAL USE OF THE INDIVIDUAL PASS HOLDER. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO REVOKE THE SPRING SEASONAL PASS, WITHOUT REFUND OR COMPENSATION: (A) IF THE SPRING SEASONAL PASS IS USED FOR PARK ADMISSION OR REDEMPTION OF BENEFITS BY ANY PERSON OTHER THAN THE GUEST WHOSE NAME IS PRINTED ON THE SPRING SEASONAL PASS; (B) IF THE SPRING SEASONAL PASS AND/OR ITS BENEFITS ARE USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES OR ARE MISUSED FOR OTHER PURPOSES; (C) FOR UNSAFE, ILLEGAL OR OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOR; (D) FOR ANY OTHER VIOLATION OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE PARK THAT MAY IMPEDE THE OPERATION OF THE PARK.
  • A Guest may only own ONE Spring Seasonal Pass in his/her name.
  • The Spring Seasonal Pass expires on July 16, 2017.
  • There are three tiers of Spring Seasonal Pass (All subject to Days of Restriction):
    • Any Day Seasonal Pass (Except April 30, 2017)
    • Weekday Seasonal Pass(Subject to Days of Restriction specified on “Spring Seasonal Pass Calendar”)
    • Sunday Seasonal Pass (Except April 30, 2017)
    Please refer to the “Spring Seasonal Pass Calendar” on Shanghai Disney Resort official website for eligible visit dates.
    On these days of restriction the Spring Seasonal Pass does not give access to the Park. These days of restriction appear in documentation provided to you during the delivery of your Spring Seasonal Pass and, can be found on our Website and are subject to change. This Spring Seasonal Pass does not guarantee park access on days when park reaches capacity.
  • To activate the Spring Seasonal Pass, the Pass holder must go to the Ticket Booth in person with Government ID/Passport/Travel Document and the order number.
  • We will take photos of you as proof of your identity as the Spring Seasonal Pass holder. Your name and photograph will be associated with the Spring Seasonal Pass and the name and photograph cannot be changed.
  • Your ID credential (Government ID/Passport/Travel Document) may be requested when using your Spring Seasonal Pass, in order to guarantee the identity of the Spring Seasonal Pass user and ensure its usage remains strictly personal.
  • Your original ID credential (Government ID/Passport/Travel Document) associated with your Shanghai Disneyland Seasonal Pass(standard, senior and disabled) will be requested when you are using it to go through turnstiles. Seasonal Pass holders who cannot provide valid original ID credential which matches the information printed on the Seasonal Pass will not be allowed to enter into Shanghai Disneyland.
  • The Spring Seasonal Pass allows access to the Park during the opening hours to the public (as published on our Website or on any other support to the convenience of Shanghai Disney Resort).
  • The Spring Seasonal Pass does not give access to the Park during special events that require a separate admission charge nor does it give free access to the parking lot, nor the Walt Disney Grand Theatre.
  • To request a Spring Seasonal Pass that is lost or stolen, the Pass holder must (i) come to the Park in person to fill in and submit the reactivation application form at the Guest Services Window located outside the Park, (ii) provide personal identifications like ID credential (Government ID/Passport/Travel Document), the original receipt of purchase and any the other personal data as we may require, and (iii) pay a processing fee of RMB125. Once the application is submitted, the original Spring Seasonal Pass will be deactivated and can no longer be used. We will verify the ID, photo matches the Guest before issuing a new pass.  If the same request is made for more than once, the new Spring Seasonal Pass can only be issued after 3 days from our receipt of the application and payment. No Spring Seasonal Passes will be reissued if the application is submitted in the month preceding the expiry of the relevant Spring Seasonal Pass.
  • We may from time to time change the operating hours of the Park or attractions, close the Park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program, due to capacity, extreme weather, special events, to ensure safety, security or order, or if circumstances so required.
  • The Terms and Conditions are subject to change. We will give you notice of any material change to these Terms and Conditions. Any such notice can be sent by email, via SMS text message or by posting the material change on our Website.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the availability of the Spring Seasonal Pass Program at any time.
  • We reserve the right to stop the guests who committed a material violation of the Rules and Regulations of the Park becoming the owner of Spring Seasonal Pass.
  • For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Shanghai Disney Resort” or 'we' means either or both of “Shanghai International Theme Park Company Limited” and “Shanghai International Theme Park and Resort Management Company Limited”.


About Seasonal Pass Renewal Terms and Conditions

  • The Winter Seasonal Pass holders may renew his/her pass before or on June 30th, 2017.
  • To renew the Seasonal Pass, the Seasonal Pass holders must go to any of the ticket booths located at the Main Entrance of the Park in person and provide original Winter Seasonal Pass and personal identifications like ID credential (Government ID/Passport/Travel Document). We will verify the ID, photo matches the Guest requesting the renewal before issuing the new pass.
  • No change may be made to the name of the Guest printed on the Winter Seasonal Pass and such name should be the same for the new Spring Seasonal Pass.
  • The Winter Seasonal Pass will be retained once the Seasonal Pass is successfully renewed. And the new Spring Seasonal Pass will be valid immediately.
  • Any Spring Seasonal Pass issued upon renewal will be valid until July 16th, 2017, regardless of the actual date of the renewal request, confirmation or collection.
  • Guests renewing the Seasonal Pass must follow the Spring Seasonal Pass General Terms and Conditions.


About 1-Day Ticket Upgrade to Seasonal Pass Terms and Conditions

  • A 1-Day park ticket may be upgraded to Spring Seasonal Pass from March 27th to June 30th, 2017 by paying the price difference at any ticket booth located at the Main Entrance of the Park on the day of your visit
  • Once a 1-Day park ticket is used, the upgrade can only be made for the guest whose photograph is associated with such park ticket
  • Complimentary, cast member discounted and Participant discounted tickets are not eligible for upgrades
  • Guests upgrading the park ticket must follow the Spring Seasonal Pass General Terms and Conditions
