Please note that according to the relevant provisions of Shanghai Transportation Management No. 87 [2016], taxi drivers, in addition to the designated pick-up and drop-off areas within hotels and other premises in the Shanghai International Tourism Resort, are also allowed to pick up and drop off passengers at the “West Public Transportation Hub”. Taxis are not allowed to provide drop-off and pick-up service in Disney Car and Coach Park.

- Please enter the Disney Premier Access Entrance at the attraction or enter the reserved area at the entertainment venue anytime during the Validity Period (subject to attraction operations). Please have the Disney Premier Access QR Code open within the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App or present the QR Code on the park ticket to scan using the redemption device. Once scanned, the Cast Member will validate the photo associated with the park ticket and ensure it matches that of the person redeeming the Disney Premier Access. If the Disney Premier Access user does not match the visual identity of the park ticket, the Disney Premier Access will not be accepted.
- Premier Admission Benefit: before entering Shanghai Disneyland, the purchaser should sign into Shanghai Disney Resort Official App, click “Plans” and find the “Premier Admission QR Code” and present to the Cast Member at the Disneytown entrance to redeem their “Premier Admission” Benefit. Screenshots or other images showing the “Services Premier Admission QR Code” will not be accepted.
- The Disney Premier Access included in the bundle can only be used by one individual guest after entering the park and (with respect to attractions) is only valid during the time period between the designated starting time and the closing time of your selected attraction on the date of entry or (with respect to entertainment shows) is only valid during the return window of your selected entertainment show on the date of entry (“Validity Period”). It can only be used once during the validity period at the selected attraction or entertainment venue. It is shown in digital form only and is associated with the park ticket used to purchase it. It will be classed as void if altered.
- Disney Premier Access is non-transferrable, not for resale and is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
- The operating hours of attractions and entertainment show times are subject to change. Attractions and entertainment experiences may be suspended or closed temporarily. We may from time to time, change the operating hours of the Park or any Park attraction, close the Park or any part of it to the general public temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program.

In consideration of capacity, extreme weather including but not limited to typhoon (when a blue alert for typhoon or above is issued by Shanghai Meteorological Centre or Pudong Meteorological Station), high temperature (when an orange alert for high temperature or above is issued by Shanghai Meteorological Centre or Pudong Meteorological Station), air pollution (when a yellow alert for heavy air pollution or above is issued by Shanghai Heavy Air Pollution Emergency Working Group, or when Air Quality Index published by Shanghai Environmental Monitoring Centre or Shanghai Meteorological Centre exceeds 300), special events, safety or order in the Park, or if the circumstances so require,
- We may from time to time, change the operating hours of the Park or any Park attraction (including but not limited to temporary close of outdoor attractions, and removal of the firework effects in ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration), close the Park or any part of it to the general public temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program.
- We reserve the right to deny admission to any person, or to require a person already admitted to leave the Park. - Disney Premier Access is not valid for admission to Shanghai Disneyland.
- We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by an App error that is not attributable to our fault, or unauthorized duplication or sale of this Disney Premier Access.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change. If there are mandatory requirements stated in the laws otherwise, then related ordinances will be followed.
- For the purposes of these terms and conditions, 'we' means either or both “Shanghai International Theme Park Company Limited” and “Shanghai International Theme Park and Resort Management Company Limited”.
