Taxi pick-up and drop-off services are required to use the West Public Transportation Hub

Please note that according to the relevant provisions of Shanghai Transportation Management No. 87 [2016], taxi drivers, in addition to the designated pick-up and drop-off areas within hotels and other premises in the Shanghai International Tourism Resort, are also allowed to pick up and drop off passengers at the “West Public Transportation Hub”. Taxis are not allowed to provide drop-off and pick-up service in Disney Car and Coach Park.

Products and services purchased via any other channels are non-official, unauthorized, highly likely fake or fraudulent, which may therefore lead to guests at their own risk and responsibility of financial loss. Due to high demand, Shanghai Disney Resort parking lots will be at or near full capacity during the weekends and holidays. Guests visiting Shanghai Disneyland and Disneytown are advised to take the metro, taxi or other public transportation.

This coupon is a dated meal coupon. Guests may only use the coupon on the date selected at the time they purchase the offer. The coupon can only be used on the day of visit and will not be accepted at any other time.
This coupon can only be used once per transaction. The coupon cannot be redeemed for cash in whole. Any additional charges must be paid by the guest. The coupon must be surrendered at the time of purchase and will have no remaining value once used.

The operating hours of the Outdoor Vending Carts are subject to the actual operation of the park on the day. You are advised to redeem the coupon between the hours of 10:30 - 17:00. Please consult an on-site Cast Members for the detailed locations of all applicable outdoor vending carts.

This coupon is a dated coupon. Guests may only use the coupon on the date selected at the time they purchase the offer. The coupon can only be used on the day of visit and will not be accepted at any other time. The coupon will automatically expire if not used before the expiration date, and will not be reissued after the expiration date.

To claim the coupon, guests must bind their park ticket after entering the park. Once claimed, coupons can be viewed in the "My Coupons" section on the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App or Shanghai Disney Resort Official WeChat Account.

The coupon is only applicable to purchase a Select Set of Disney Premier Access for the same day on the day of visit through the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App. (i.e., on December 1, 2025, the coupon is only applicable to purchase a Select Set of Disney Premier Access of December 1, 2025.)

The coupon is only applicable when purchasing a select set of Disney Premier Access product on a single order via the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App. Users who redeem the coupon can receive a deduction of RMB 60. Only one of this type of coupon can be redeemed during each transaction.
