The Definitions of Standard Pricing and Special Pricing

Children: Aged 3 to 11 years old (both inclusive) or with a height above 1.0 meter and up to 1.4 meters on the date of park visitation
Seniors: Aged 60 years old and above on the date of park visitation
Guests with disabilities: Guests with valid disability certificates

Free park admission:

Children under the age of 3 years old or with a height of 1.0 meter and below on the day of their visit

Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass Products Special Pricing

Children: Aged 3 to 11 years old (both inclusive) or with a height above 1.0 meter and up to 1.4 meters on the date of Annual Pass redemption
Seniors: Aged 60 years old and above on the date of Annual Pass redemption
Guests with disabilities: Guests with valid disability certificates

An “age” mentioned above is deemed to have been reached on the date corresponding to the date of birth. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 years old or older to enter the park.

In order to enjoy free admission or the children ticket discount based on age (as set forth above), guardians must bring and present an acceptable valid original government ID with a photo and the date of birth of the children (“ID Certificate”) on the day they intend to enter Shanghai Disneyland.

For Mainland China children guests, examples of acceptable ID Certificates are:

PRC Resident ID Card
PRC Social Security Card (with photos)
Passport

For Mainland China children guests, examples of unacceptable ID Certificates are:

Hu Kou Bu (photos not available)
Certificate of Birth (photos not available)
Student ID (not a government issued ID)

For other children guests, the only acceptable ID Certificates are:

For Hong Kong China and Macao China guests: Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents
For Taiwan China guests: Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents
For other guests: Foreign passport or PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card

In order to enjoy the senior ticket discount based on age (as set forth above), the guests must present an acceptable valid original government ID certificate on the day they intend to enter Shanghai Disneyland.

For Mainland China senior guests, the only acceptable ID Certificate is:

Guests with disabilities will be required to present their original valid government ID/Travel Document/Passport information and the original valid certificate or proof of disability, and then pass the “ID Query” page of “China Disabled Person’s Federation” WeChat Official Account to verify their disability certificate at the Main Entrance before entering the park. Guests who fail to present valid disability certificates and/or who cannot secure digital verification of their disability certificates may need to pay the difference of Standard ticket/Annual Pass price to enter the park.

Guests that do not meet the special pricing or free admission criteria (as set forth above) must purchase Standard tickets to visit Shanghai Disneyland.

The number of tickets available is limited. Tickets are valid only on specific date, or for Two-Day tickets, only on specific dates. Entertainment, ticket types, entitlements and prices subject to change without notice. Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable.

Any date marked "Unavailable" indicates that tickets are not currently available for purchase through this website at this time. Guests may still inquire about remaining tickets for these dates with our authorized trade partners or select another date.

Description
1. Product Details: The ticket in this offer is a one-day dated ticket. The ticket must be purchased at least ten days prior to the date of admission. When purchasing tickets, guests need to select the visitation date from the applicable dates indicated on the validity period calendar. This offer includes a park dining coupon book. The redemption date must be the date selected at the time guests purchased the offer and can only be used on the selected day of visit.
2. Type of Tickets:
Standard
Child :Aged 3 to 11 years old (both inclusive) or with a height above 1.0 meter and up to 1.4 meters on the day of their visit to the park
Senior: Aged 60 years old and above on the date of park visitation
Guest with disabilities: Guests with valid disability certificates

4. Coupon Details: This offer includes a Park Dining Coupon Book, including:
- One “RMB 10 off lunch combo meals in selected Quick Service Restaurants”

- One “Selected Quick Service Restaurants soft drink free upgrade voucher (valued at RMB 5)”
- Two “RMB 5 off at selected kiosks or outdoor vending carts coupon for a single transaction of RMB 50 above”
- One “RMB 25 off family feast meal coupon in Selected Quick Service Restaurants”

5. Coupon Terms: In order to claim the coupon, guests must bind their park ticket after they have entered the park by:
Opening the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App and click on “Me” – “Scan” to scan the QR Code on the back of their ticket to get the coupon
Or
Opening the Shanghai Disney Resort Official WeChat account, sending the keyword “My Center”, and click on “My Center” – “Scan” to scan the QR Code on the back of their ticket to get the coupon
Guests can view and redeem the coupon in ‘My Coupon’ on the Shanghai Disney Resort official App or WeChat account “My Center”. Open the coupon to display the QR Code of the coupon when ready to use.

Change Conditions
1. Ticket Upgrade: “Early Bird Combo- Child/Senior/Guest with disabilities“ can be upgraded to an “Early Bird Combo- Standard” after paying the difference in price onsite.
2. Refund & Cancellation Terms: This offer cannot be changed, transferred, cancelled or refunded in whole or in part, unless otherwise required by law.
The personal identification information registered at the time of purchase cannot be changed after purchase unless otherwise required by law.

1. Sales Period: From 09:00, July 10, 2023 through 20:00, December 21, 2023
1. Validity Period: From July 20, 2023 through December 31, 2023, Guests may visit the park on the date selected (see available dates in the validity period) at the time of purchase.
2. Quantities: This offer is only available in limited quantities.
3. Purchase Rules: The ticket must be purchased at least ten days prior to the date of admission.

2. Documents Required:Guests can only enter the park on the day selected at the time of the ticket reservation. All Guests are required to provide the original physical copy of your ID document (PRC Resident ID Card/passport/PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card or other travel document) and their prepaid ticket order when entering the park via Shanghai Disneyland Main Entrance.
3. Reminder: Guests who reserve a single ticket or a number of park tickets are required to enter the park with the rest of the ticket holders booked under their government ID during their first visit.
Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 or older to enter the park.
