For Park Tickets and other products services related to ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration on September 15, 2024
Guests with a used ticket for September 15, 2024, may visit the park after 15:00 on any other day during September 18, 2024 to March 18, 2025 without the need for a reservation. On the day of your next visit:
- For guests who have purchased tickets with ID document, please redeem at the park entrance turnstiles with the original physical copy of ID document that was used to purchase your tickets for September 15, 2024. All guests who purchased tickets with the same ID document on September 15, 2024 are required to enter the park at the same time as the main ID document holder.
- For guests with tickets that are not linked to any ID documents, please bring the original paper tickets on September 15, 2024 to Guest Services window to redeem the new on-day tickets.

For other products and services related to ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration on September 15, 2024, such as Disney Premiere Access, Imagination Terrace, Royal Banquet Hall Princess Set Menu with Reserved Viewing Area, the benefit of ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration will be automatically refunded through the original purchase channel for the respective amount accordingly.

For Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass holders who entered the park on September 15, 2024, we will provide a one-day extension of the validity period and the general benefits. You can visit Shanghai Disney Resort official APP or Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass WeChat Hub to check your updated Annual Pass validity from September 19, 2024.

For park ticketing products and hotel reservations, guests can make purchase through the resort’s official direct channels including the Shanghai Disney Resort official website, app and WeChat account, as well as the resort’s Disney Reservation Center, official Jingdong Flagship Store and official Fliggy Store, or through our official travel partners. If you want to purchase Disney Premier Access, please refer to the resort’s official direct channels below after you have purchased your park tickets. Disney Premier Access products and services are only available through these four channels:

Products and services purchased via any other channels are non-official, unauthorized, highly likely fake or fraudulent, which may therefore lead to guests at their own risk and responsibility of financial loss. As such illegal commercial activities also bring significant damage to the resort’s reputation, business and normal operations, we have been working closely with relevant government authorities to crackdown on these activities including monitoring and reporting them regularly to the local government.
Due to high demand, Shanghai Disney Resort parking lots will be at or near full capacity during the weekends and holidays. Guests visiting Shanghai Disneyland and Disneytown are advised to take the metro, taxi or other public transportation.

  • Rider switch offered. More Information - If a guest in your party won’t be boarding an attraction due to height limit or other reasons, the Rider Switch option means you don’t have to miss out! Instead, you can wait with the non-rider(s) while the rest of your party enjoys the attraction. Then, once they’re done, you can take your turn by going through the Fastpass entrance or alternative entrance (when the Fastpass entrance is not available). Please ask a Cast Member at the attraction entrance for assistance.

  • Roaring Rapids is an exhilarating rough-water rafting adventure, which may be scary for younger adventures. You will experience sharp turns, high speeds, and sudden drops.
  • For safety, you should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by this adventure.
  • Expectant mothers should not participate.
  • Supervise children at all times. Children under age 7 years must be accompanied by a person age 16 years or older.
  • You should be sober to ride.
  • Rafters who do not meet the minimum height requirement may not ride.
  • Must transfer from wheelchair
  • Note: Only a certain number of guests on wheelchairs can be transferred to the ride vehicle of this attraction at one time, your wait time may be impacted.
  • Please queue with your entire party and speak with a Cast Member if you would like to leave the queue. Thank you!

Confront the Mountain’s Terrifying Secret

Join a rafting expedition to explore an ancient legend… but beware the dangers that lie ahead.

You’re invited to join the League of Adventurers as they unravel the mystery of Adventure Isle’s highest peak, known as “Roaring Mountain” for the forbidding sounds it emits.

Arbori natives believe that Q’aráq—a crocodile-like beast—dwells within. But could this incredible tale be true? League scientists have already unearthed fascinating relics and a hidden pathway.

Finding more clues will require a perilous river journey through uncharted waters. Brave volunteers are needed. If you have a thirst for adventure and a yearning for excitement, climb aboard and set off into the unknown.

Feel the Rush!

A journey to explore becomes an adrenaline-charged race to survive.

You’ll board your raft and set off upriver to Field Camp Beta. But look out! A fallen tree blocks your way and diverts the current in a new direction—right inside the mountain!

Within the cavern, the roar turns deafening as the rapids propel you toward the enraged monster itself. Speeding through the darkness, you’ll see the bulging-eyed beast ahead, feel its steamy breath and duck as it snaps its giant razor-sharp teeth.

If your raft escapes the fearsome jaws of Q’aráq, you’ll plunge through a lava tube and into a churning whirlpool, then past erupting volcanic vents and steaming geysers as the whitewater rapids sweep you back to basecamp.

Breathlessly returning, you’ll be hailed by your fellow League of Adventurers members. Your mission has boldly embraced their intrepid spirit: seeking the unknown and discovering the unbelievable—no matter the peril!
