Taxi pick-up and drop-off services are required to use the West Public Transportation Hub
Please note that according to the relevant provisions of Shanghai Transportation Management No. 87 [2016], taxi drivers, in addition to the designated pick-up and drop-off areas within hotels and other premises in the Shanghai International Tourism Resort, are also allowed to pick up and drop off passengers at the “West Public Transportation Hub”. Taxis are not allowed to provide drop-off and pick-up service in Disney Car and Coach Park.

To protect guest rights, we remind all guests to only purchase Shanghai Disney Resort products and services via official and authorized channels.For park ticketing products and hotel reservations, guests can make purchase through the resort’s official direct channels including the Shanghai Disney Resort official website, app and WeChat account, as well as the resort’s Disney Reservation Center, official Jingdong Flagship Store and official Fliggy Store, or through our official travel partners. If you want to purchase Disney Premier Access, please refer to the resort’s official direct channels below after you have purchased your park tickets. Disney Premier Access products and services are only available through these four channels:

Due to high demand, Shanghai Disney Resort parking lots will be at or near full capacity during the weekends and holidays. Guests visiting Shanghai Disneyland and Disneytown are advised to take the metro, taxi or other public transportation.
Disney Car and Coach Parking Lot in Shanghai Disney Resort implements pay-before-exit and adjusts the operation of motor vehicle charging services from August 8th, 2024 (trial operation)
Disney Car and Coach Parking Lot in Shanghai Disney Resort implements pay-before-exit (trial operation) from August 8th, 2024. The details are as follows:
* If special circumstances require that a vehicle owner leaves his/her vehicle in this Car and Coach Park after 24:00, please notify a cast member in advance. Recharging via the above charging methods after 24:00.

Private car: Free parking for 15 minutes for drop-off and pick-up after entry.
Coach: Free parking for 60 minutes for drop-off and pick-up after entry.
Once you have passed the grace period after entry and completed the payment, please leave the parking lot within 15 minutes. Once 15 minutes have passed, you will be recharged via the charging methods. (These exceptions may be adjusted based on the current parking situation.)

Meanwhile, Disney Car and Coach Parking Lot in Shanghai Disney Resort provides trial charging services for cars and coach, as follows:
The designated area for vehicle charging will be relocated from the south side of the parking lot to the north side in the 'Chip' area. Visitors can follow the on-site signage to proceed to the area and embark on your car's charging journey.
The current phase of the 'Chip' area's vehicle charging service is only available for small vehicles (up to 7 passengers).
Please follow the charging process and make appropriate arrangements for your charging needs.
(The electricity fee is in accordance to the public announced pricing from State Grid)
