For Park Tickets
Guests with tickets to visit Shanghai Disneyland on and/or from November 29, 2022 throughout the time the Park is closed may choose to visit the park on any other day within the next six months from the park reopening day. Your tickets can be redeemed at the park entrance turnstiles with the original Government Identity Card or Travel Document that was used to purchase your original tickets on the day of your next visit, and reservation will not be required*(Please note that an extended dated ticket will only include park admission upon redemption at the turnstile. Any other benefits bundled with the park admission will not be included. If you hold a dated ticket product that also includes other benefits, such as a meal coupon, you may choose to refund entire order via the original purchase channel.)
If you cannot visit the park in the next six months, you can obtain a refund. For guests who have purchased their tickets through the Shanghai Disney Resort Official Website, App, WeChat Account, the Resort Reservation Center, the Resort Official Fliggy Flagship Store or Official Jingdong Flagship Store, you can request a refund through the resort’s official app, and you will obtain the refund through the original purchase channel within 45 working days. For guests who have purchased the tickets through other official channels, please contact the original ticket purchase channel to request a refund or follow the instructions at the end of this notice.
For Other Resort Dated Products and Services
For guests who have purchased a Disney Premier Access, Disney Concierge Service, meal coupons or other dated products and services for Shanghai Disneyland on and/or from November 29, 2022 throughout the time the Park is closed through the Shanghai Disney Resort Official Website, App, WeChat Account, the Resort Reservation Center, the Resort Official Fliggy Flagship Store or Official Jingdong Flagship Store, you will obtain an automatic refund through the original purchase channel. For guests who have purchased a dated product and service through other official channels, please contact the original purchase channel to obtain a refund.

The validity period of a Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass which is still valid on and after November 29, 2022 will be extended and we will timely communicate with our Annual Pass holders.

Required pandemic measures
Shanghai Disney Resort continues its enhanced health and safety measures, in accordance with the latest government regulations and guidance. All guests are advised to strictly follow these measures in support of a safe and happy experience for everyone visiting the resort.
- According to the latest direction issued by the pandemic prevention authorities, effective November 29, 2022, all guests entering Disneytown, Wishing Star Park and Blue Sky Boulevard will be required to display their negative Nucleic Acid Test (NAT) taken within 48 hours. All guests entering the two resort hotels will be required to display their negative NAT taken within 72 hours - unless these guests wish to visit hotel restaurants, retail locations or recreational facilities, in which case they will be required to display their negative NAT taken within 48 hours (all NAT references are from result time), special groups such as children under three years old may be exempted from NAT screening. Guests are strongly recommended to register for their Shanghai Health QR Code via the Suishenban App, Weixin/WeChat or Alipay prior to their arrival. For guests without a smart phone, please bundle your QR code with a family member via the Suishenban App, Weixin/WeChat or Alipay, and an offline Suishenma, applied via the Government Online-Offline Shanghai (“Yiwangtongban”) platform, with valid NAT information will also be accepted. Guests using the offline Suishenma will be required to present it to our onsite Cast to scan and verify the information as well as to present a valid government ID at the same time;
- All persons who arrived in/returned to Shanghai within five days or less must strictly follow the “Further Enhancement of Health Management of Persons Arriving/Returning to Shanghai” measures issued by the Shanghai Municipal Pandemic Prevention and Control Leading Group on November 22, 2022. Based on these latest measures, guests who arrived in/returned to Shanghai within five days or less and plan to visit Shanghai Disney Resort:
1. may visit the public areas of Disneytown, but are not permitted to enter indoor restaurant or retail locations; Guests may however order food and beverages at the entrance to select restaurants;
2. may visit and stay at the two resort hotels, but are not permitted to enter restaurants, retail locations or recreational facilities including the hotel swimming pool, gym or play rooms. These guests may however order room service to enjoy our in-room hotel food and beverages offerings.
3. are not permitted to attend banquet or catered event hosted at the resort hotels.
A kind reminder that it is the responsibility of each guest to carefully monitor the latest government-issued pandemic prevention and control measures to ensure they are fully compliant with all guidelines.

- According to the government guidelines, Guests and any accompanying persons are not allowed to enter Shanghai Disney Resort if any guest in their party holds a red Shanghai Health QR Code (“Suishenma”);
- All guests will also be required to scan the “Venue Code” and present a green code to Cast, or present the Shanghai Health QR Code to onsite Cast for scanning to confirm the validity, upon entering Shanghai Disney Resort. Additional scanning of the Venue Code may also be required upon entering different locations across the resort;
- According to The Covid-19 Prevention and Control Guidelines for A-level Scenic Spots in Shanghai (Second Edition of 2022), all guests who have a history of overseas travel and residence within 8 days prior to their visits or have a history of travel or residence in the counties (cities, districts or banners) where high-risks areas are located within 7 days prior to their visits may not be allowed to enter Shanghai Disney Resort.
- All hotel guests, will be required to present their green Shanghai Health QR Code, a negative Nucleic Acid Test (NAT) taken within 72 hours - unless these guests wish to visit hotel restaurants, retail locations or recreational facilities, in which case they will be required to display their negative NAT taken within 48 hours (all NAT references are from result time), and to complete the scanning of the “Venue Code” upon entering the hotels at Shanghai Disney resort each and every time, special groups such as children under three years old may be exempted from negative NAT screening. Only guests who have completed scanning of the “Venue Code” with a green Shanghai Health QR Code and have presented a negative NAT taken within 72 hours will be allowed to enter the hotels at the resort. In order to comply with government guidelines for tourism and hospitality industry, proof of a negative NAT taken within 72 hours is mandatory (we are not able to accept proof of 24 hour NAT sampling in lieu of a valid negative NAT result). Additionally, all guests are required to present their green Telecommunication Data Based Travel Itinerary Card (Travel Itinerary Card) and complete the Health Declaration Form during check-in at the Front Desk and Magic Kingdom Lounge. If you are not able to complete the scanning of the “Venue Code”, or are unable to present a green Shanghai Health QR Code, a negative NAT taken within 72 hours, a green Travel Itinerary Card, or if you have traveled to one of the high-risk areas affected by COVID-19 in the past 7 days, you may not able to check in. In accordance with local government directives, if you develop a fever or a fever with the following symptoms: cough, cough up sputum, runny nose, sore throat, chest aches & tension during your stay at one of our resort hotels, you will be asked to seek medical attention at a designated medical clinic.
- All locations operate at controlled capacity during this period;
- All guests will continue to be required to undergo temperature screening upon entering Shanghai Disney Resort;
- All guests will be required to wear masks during their entire visit to the resort in both indoor and outdoor settings, except when dining;
- All guests will be required to strictly follow social distancing requirements, and a safe distance should be kept while queuing, watching outdoor performances or dining;
- All guests will be encouraged to maintain good personal hygiene;
- All Cast Members at Shanghai Disney Resort, tenant employees at Disneytown and third-party vendors will be required to undergo regular NAT and antigen tests as well as conduct temperature screening and recording following government requirements;

Rules & Regulations of Advance Reservation of Attraction Access for Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and Toy Story Hotel

Hotel Guests can reserve attraction access in advance:

Guests staying at Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and Toy Story Hotel can reserve priority access to one select attraction in advance when buying next-day Shanghai Disneyland tickets from the hotel concierge.

Rules & Regulations for the Advance Reservation of Attraction Access for Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and Toy Story Hotel Guests

  1. Hotel guests will be able to use their hotel room card to access the park. Your selected one attraction will automatically be linked to the park tickets stored on your room card. When purchasing tickets, you must provide the same name as written on your government-issued ID. Your picture will also be taken and linked to your park tickets.
  2. Each hotel guest is only eligible to reserve access for one attraction in advance, and can only be used on the next day. For information on the maximum number of guests per hotel room, please refer to our official website at www.shanghaidisneyresort.com.
  3. Please keep your room card secure at all times. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  4. To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right of final interpretation.
