Taxi pick-up and drop-off services are required to use the West Public Transportation Hub
Please note that according to the relevant provisions of Shanghai Transportation Management No. 87 [2016], taxi drivers, in addition to the designated pick-up and drop-off areas within hotels and other premises in the Shanghai International Tourism Resort, are also allowed to pick up and drop off passengers at the “West Public Transportation Hub”. Taxis are not allowed to provide drop-off and pick-up service in Disney Car and Coach Park.

To protect guest rights, we remind all guests to only purchase Shanghai Disney Resort products and services via official and authorized channels.For park ticketing products and hotel reservations, guests can make purchase through the resort’s official direct channels including the Shanghai Disney Resort official website, app and WeChat account, as well as the resort’s Disney Reservation Center, official Jingdong Flagship Store and official Fliggy Store, or through our official travel partners. If you want to purchase Disney Premier Access, please refer to the resort’s official direct channels below after you have purchased your park tickets. Disney Premier Access products and services are only available through these four channels:
- Shanghai Disney Resort’s official website
- Shanghai Disney Resort’s official app
- Shanghai Disney Resort’s official WeChat account
- Shanghai Disney Resort official Fliggy Store
Due to high demand, Shanghai Disney Resort parking lots will be at or near full capacity during the weekends and holidays. Guests visiting Shanghai Disneyland and Disneytown are advised to take the metro, taxi or other public transportation.
Package Pick-Up
This handy service allows you to stow all your Shanghai Disneyland purchases for pick-up later in the day or have them delivered directly to your Disney Resort hotel.
Convenient Shopping
If you purchase souvenirs at Shanghai Disneyland, but don’t want to carry your merchandise all day, you don’t have to!
Simply request Package Pick-Up at the time of purchase—for no additional charge—and your items will be held for you to pick up later that day at Turnstile Guest Services outside of the theme park or at your Disney Resort hotel.
Items not sold in our stores will not qualify for the package pick-up/home delivery service.
Location and Hours
Package Pick-Up has 2 locations:
- Package Pick-Up near turnstile Guest Services located outside of the Main Entrance to Shanghai Disneyland
- For Resort hotel Guests, Tinker Bell Gifts at Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and Lotso Shop at Toy Story Hotel
Packages available for pick-up: 13:00 – park closes
Package delivery to Turnstile Guest Services ends at 18:00 (6:00 PM).
Package delivery to the Resort Hotel ends at 16:00 (4:00 PM).
