MAGIC ALL - A Magical Experience for All

We are committed to providing a magical experience for all of our Guests. Shanghai Disney Resort provides numerous accommodations for Guests with disabilities. From wheelchair rentals and shuttle service to hearing and visual aids, we will do our very best to accommodate you!

Accessibility to Attractions

Shanghai Disneyland features attractions that require wheelchair transfers and others that allow Guests to remain seated while riding.

Assistive Listening Systems

Hearing aids, such as Assistive Listening Systems, are available through Guest Services for those with hearing disabilities.

Disability Access Service

Disability Access Service Card is available for certified disability guests at Guest Services at Main Entrance.

Guide Dogs

Guide dogs are permitted in Shanghai Disney Resort on select attractions in Shanghai Disneyland and in certain areas of Resort hotels.

Hotel Services for Guests with Special Needs

Hotels at Shanghai Disney Resort offer special equipment and facilities to help accommodate Guests with disabilities.

Resort Shuttle

Hotel shuttles are equipped to transport Resort hotel Guests with disabilities to the theme park and Disneytown.

Sign Language

As a courtesy to our guests, sign language interpretation is available at certain shows.

Tactile Maps

Tactile maps featuring Braille in English and Simplified Chinese are available for Guests who require visual aids.

Toilets

All toilets in Shanghai Disney Resort offer wheelchair access—with room to accommodate those requiring assistance.

Wheelchair Rental
