Taxi pick-up and drop-off services are required to use the West Public Transportation Hub
Please note that according to the relevant provisions of Shanghai Transportation Management No. 87 [2016], taxi drivers, in addition to the designated pick-up and drop-off areas within hotels and other premises in the Shanghai International Tourism Resort, are also allowed to pick up and drop off passengers at the “West Public Transportation Hub”. Taxis are not allowed to provide drop-off and pick-up service in Disney Car and Coach Park.

To protect guest rights, we remind all guests to only purchase Shanghai Disney Resort products and services via official and authorized channels.For park ticketing products and hotel reservations, guests can make purchase through the resort’s official direct channels including the Shanghai Disney Resort official website, app and WeChat account, as well as the resort’s Disney Reservation Center, official Jingdong Flagship Store and official Fliggy Store, or through our official travel partners. If you want to purchase Disney Premier Access, please refer to the resort’s official direct channels below after you have purchased your park tickets. Disney Premier Access products and services are only available through these four channels:
- Shanghai Disney Resort’s official website

- Shanghai Disney Resort’s official WeChat account
- Shanghai Disney Resort official Fliggy Store
Due to high demand, Shanghai Disney Resort parking lots will be at or near full capacity during the weekends and holidays. Guests visiting Shanghai Disneyland and Disneytown are advised to take the metro, taxi or other public transportation.
Priority Entrance to Shanghai Disneyland
Guests staying at the two Disney themed hotels enjoy priority entrance to enter Shanghai Disneyland. The entrance is located at Disneytown and is open earlier than the park’s main entrance.
Guests can take the Shanghai Disney Resort shuttle to Disneytown in the morning period* to enter Shanghai Disneyland through the Disneytown priority entrance with the credential provided by the hotel, their park tickets and the personal ID/travel document used to purchase the tickets.

Disneytown Priority Park Entrance Rules & Regulations for Shanghai Disneyland Hotel Guests
- Hotel guests can use a priority entrance to enter the theme park through the turnstiles located at Disneytown with the credential provided by the hotel, park tickets and the government issued ID/travel document used to purchase the tickets.
- One credential per room only. All registered guests in a room must enter through the turnstiles together.
- Hotel guests can walk, take the ferry or take the hotel shuttle bus to Disneytown. Every day during morning period*, the hotel shuttle bus will transport hotel guests to the Disneytown parking lot where a cast member will guide you to the Disneytown turnstiles. During this time period, hotel guests can travel back to the hotel by taking the shuttle bus from the Disneytown parking lot. Guests can also choose to walk or take the ferry. Every day after morning period*, transport to Shanghai Disneyland Hotel is available at the West Public Transportation Hub.
- If you require luggage storage, wheelchair rental, Disney Special Activities or ticketing services, please go to the Main Entrance Guest Service Center for assistance.

Disneytown Priority Park Entrance Rules & Regulations for Toy Story Hotel Guests
- Hotel guests can use a priority entrance to enter the theme park through the turnstiles located at Disneytown with the credential provided by the hotel, park tickets and the government-issued ID/travel document used to purchase the tickets.
- One credential per room only. All registered guests in a room must enter through the turnstiles together.
- Hotel guests can take the hotel shuttle bus to Disneytown. Every day during morning period*, the hotel shuttle bus will transport hotel guests to the Disneytown parking lot where a cast member will guide you to the Disneytown turnstiles. During this time period, hotel guests can return to the hotel via shuttle bus from the Disneytown parking lot. Every day after morning period*, transport to Toy Story Hotel is available at the West Public Transportation Hub.
