Guests with tickets to visit Shanghai Disneyland on and/or from November 29, 2022 throughout the time the Park is closed may choose to visit the park on any other day within the next six months from the park reopening day. Your tickets can be redeemed at the park entrance turnstiles with the original Government Identity Card or Travel Document that was used to purchase your original tickets on the day of your next visit, and reservation will not be required*(Please note that an extended dated ticket will only include park admission upon redemption at the turnstile. For guests who have purchased their tickets through the Shanghai Disney Resort Official Website, App, WeChat Account, the Resort Reservation Center, the Resort Official Fliggy Flagship Store or Official Jingdong Flagship Store, you can request a refund through the resort’s official app, and you will obtain the refund through the original purchase channel within 45 working days. Required pandemic measures
Shanghai Disney Resort continues its enhanced health and safety measures, in accordance with the latest government regulations and guidance. All guests are advised to strictly follow these measures in support of a safe and happy experience for everyone visiting the resort.
- According to the latest direction issued by the pandemic prevention authorities, effective November 29, 2022, all guests entering Disneytown, Wishing Star Park and Blue Sky Boulevard will be required to display their negative Nucleic Acid Test (NAT) taken within 48 hours. All guests entering the two resort hotels will be required to display their negative NAT taken within 72 hours - unless these guests wish to visit hotel restaurants, retail locations or recreational facilities, in which case they will be required to display their negative NAT taken within 48 hours (all NAT references are from result time), special groups such as children under three years old may be exempted from NAT screening. Guests are strongly recommended to register for their Shanghai Health QR Code via the Suishenban App, Weixin/WeChat or Alipay prior to their arrival. For guests without a smart phone, please bundle your QR code with a family member via the Suishenban App, Weixin/WeChat or Alipay, and an offline Suishenma, applied via the Government Online-Offline Shanghai (“Yiwangtongban”) platform, with valid NAT information will also be accepted. Guests using the offline Suishenma will be required to present it to our onsite Cast to scan and verify the information as well as to present a valid government ID at the same time;
- All persons who arrived in/returned to Shanghai within five days or less must strictly follow the “Further Enhancement of Health Management of Persons Arriving/Returning to Shanghai” measures issued by the Shanghai Municipal Pandemic Prevention and Control Leading Group on November 22, 2022. Based on these latest measures, guests who arrived in/returned to Shanghai within five days or less and plan to visit Shanghai Disney Resort:
1. may visit the public areas of Disneytown, but are not permitted to enter indoor restaurant or retail locations; Guests may however order food and beverages at the entrance to select restaurants;
2. may visit and stay at the two resort hotels, but are not permitted to enter restaurants, retail locations or recreational facilities including the hotel swimming pool, gym or play rooms. These guests may however order room service to enjoy our in-room hotel food and beverages offerings.
3. are not permitted to attend banquet or catered event hosted at the resort hotels.
A kind reminder that it is the responsibility of each guest to carefully monitor the latest government-issued pandemic prevention and control measures to ensure they are fully compliant with all guidelines.

- According to the government guidelines, Guests and any accompanying persons are not allowed to enter Shanghai Disney Resort if any guest in their party holds a red Shanghai Health QR Code (“Suishenma”);
- All guests will also be required to scan the “Venue Code” and present a green code to Cast, or present the Shanghai Health QR Code to onsite Cast for scanning to confirm the validity, upon entering Shanghai Disney Resort. Additional scanning of the Venue Code may also be required upon entering different locations across the resort;
- According to The Covid-19 Prevention and Control Guidelines for A-level Scenic Spots in Shanghai (Second Edition of 2022), all guests who have a history of overseas travel and residence within 8 days prior to their visits or have a history of travel or residence in the counties (cities, districts or banners) where high-risks areas are located within 7 days prior to their visits may not be allowed to enter Shanghai Disney Resort.
- All hotel guests, will be required to present their green Shanghai Health QR Code, a negative Nucleic Acid Test (NAT) taken within 72 hours - unless these guests wish to visit hotel restaurants, retail locations or recreational facilities, in which case they will be required to display their negative NAT taken within 48 hours (all NAT references are from result time), and to complete the scanning of the “Venue Code” upon entering the hotels at Shanghai Disney resort each and every time, special groups such as children under three years old may be exempted from negative NAT screening. Only guests who have completed scanning of the “Venue Code” with a green Shanghai Health QR Code and have presented a negative NAT taken within 72 hours will be allowed to enter the hotels at the resort. In order to comply with government guidelines for tourism and hospitality industry, proof of a negative NAT taken within 72 hours is mandatory (we are not able to accept proof of 24 hour NAT sampling in lieu of a valid negative NAT result). If you are not able to complete the scanning of the “Venue Code”, or are unable to present a green Shanghai Health QR Code, a negative NAT taken within 72 hours, a green Travel Itinerary Card, or if you have traveled to one of the high-risk areas affected by COVID-19 in the past 7 days, you may not able to check in. - All guests will continue to be required to undergo temperature screening upon entering Shanghai Disney Resort;
- All guests will be required to wear masks during their entire visit to the resort in both indoor and outdoor settings, except when dining;
- All guests will be required to strictly follow social distancing requirements, and a safe distance should be kept while queuing, watching outdoor performances or dining;
- All guests will be encouraged to maintain good personal hygiene;
- All Cast Members at Shanghai Disney Resort, tenant employees at Disneytown and third-party vendors will be required to undergo regular NAT and antigen tests as well as conduct temperature screening and recording following government requirements;

Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass

So, whether you stop by to grab a bite, take a ride on your favorite attraction, or meet a new Disney friend, being an Annual Pass Holder gives you the option to do what you want when you want.

Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass Types:
  • Diamond Annual Pass: 365 days of park access, may exclude some park hours for special events.
  • Sapphire Annual Pass: Subject to the Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass Calendar and quota limits, offers a minimum of 350 Reservation Days during the Pass validity period. Pass holders are required to choose a visit date from the Reservation Days and make a reservation before visiting the park. Only those holders who have successfully made a reservation will be able to enter the park. Reservations are subject to the quota limits on each Reservation Day
  • Crystal Annual Pass: Subject to the Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass Calendar and quota limits, offers a minimum of 256 Reservation Days during the Pass validity period. Pass holders are required to choose a visit date from the Reservation Days and make a reservation before visiting the park. Only those holders who have successfully made a reservation will be able to enter the park. Reservations are subject to the quota limits on each Reservation Day.
  • Gold Annual Pass (ceased sales): Subject to the Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass Calendar, offers a minimum of 256 days of park access during the Pass validity period
Pass eligible visit dates are subject to the Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass Calendar found on the “Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass Calendar” page on the Shanghai Disney Resort Official Website, the Shanghai Disney Resort Official WeChat account and Shanghai Disney Resort Official WeChat Annual Pass Mini Program. Guests will be able to see the following six months of the Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass Calendar (including the current month). The Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass Calendar for the new month will be released at the end of each month. The Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass Calendar is subject to change (i) in instances where the government announces adjustments to holidays and non-working days or (ii) based on Shanghai Disneyland operation requirements. We may restrict the number of persons with access to the park due to capacity.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO REVOKE THE SHANGHAI DISNEYLAND ANNUAL PASS, WITHOUT REFUND OR COMPENSATION: (A) IF THE SHANGHAI DISNEYLAND ANNUAL PASS IS USED FOR PARK ADMISSION OR REDEMPTION OF BENEFITS BY ANY PERSON OTHER THAN THE GUEST WHOSE NAME IS PRINTED ON THE SHANGHAI DISNEYLAND ANNUAL PASS; (B) IF THE SHANGHAI DISNEYLAND ANNUAL PASS AND/OR ITS BENEFITS ARE USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO OBTAIN OR PURCHASE ITEMS OR SERVICES WITH THE INTENT TO RESELL SUCH ITEMS OR SERVICES) OR ARE MISUSED FOR OTHER PURPOSES; (C) FOR UNSAFE, ILLEGAL OR OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOR; (D) FOR ANY OTHER VIOLATION OF THE PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS THAT MAY IMPEDE THE OPERATION OF THE PARK. We will take a photo of you as proof of your identity. Your name and photograph will be associated with the Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass, and cannot be changed. In order to guarantee the identity of the Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass holder and ensure its usage remains strictly personal, Guests are required to show the original ID credential used to activate the Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass at the turnstiles when using the Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass to enter the Park. The Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass does not give access to the Park during special events that require a separate admission charge, nor does it give free access to the parking lot, or the Walt Disney Grand Theatre. We may from time to time change the operating hours of the Park or attractions, close the Park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program due to capacity, extreme weather, special events, to ensure safety, security or order, or if circumstances so require. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Shanghai Disney Resort” or 'we' means either or both of “Shanghai International Theme Park Company Limited” and “Shanghai International Theme Park and Resort Management Company Limited”.
