2018 Spring Summer Seasonal Pass General Terms and Conditions

  • Spring Summer Seasonal Pass is issued subject to these Terms and Conditions, and the Rules and Regulations of Shanghai Disneyland (“Park”) which are set out on our website at www.shanghaidisneyresort.com (“Website”) and posted at the Park entrance. The Spring Summer Seasonal Pass holder must respect these Terms and Conditions as well as the Park Rules and Regulations.
  • UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY LAW, THE SPRING SUMMER SEASONAL PASS IS NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • THE SPRING SUMMER SEASONAL PASS IS STRICTLY FOR THE PERSONAL USE OF THE INDIVIDUAL PASS HOLDER. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO REVOKE THE SPRING SUMMER SEASONAL PASS, WITHOUT REFUND OR COMPENSATION: (A) IF THE SPRING SUMMER SEASONAL PASS IS USED FOR PARK ADMISSION OR REDEMPTION OF BENEFITS BY ANY PERSON OTHER THAN THE GUEST WHOSE NAME IS PRINTED ON THE SPRING SUMMER SEASONAL PASS; (B) IF THE SPRING SUMMER SEASONAL PASS AND/OR ITS BENEFITS ARE USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES OR ARE MISUSED FOR OTHER PURPOSES; (C) FOR UNSAFE, ILLEGAL OR OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOR; (D) FOR ANY OTHER VIOLATION OF THE PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS THAT MAY IMPEDE THE OPERATION OF THE PARK.
  • Each Guest may only own ONE Spring Summer Seasonal Pass in his/her name. Any additional Seasonal Passes owned by the same Guest will be blocked.
  • The Spring Summer Seasonal Pass expires on July 31, 2018.
  • There are three tiers of the Spring Summer Seasonal Pass (All subject to restrictions specified on the “Spring Summer Seasonal Pass Calendar”):
    • Any Day Seasonal Pass (no block-out days)
    • Weekday Seasonal Pass (weekdays except April 5, April 6 and April 30, 2018 with Sunday, April 8 and Saturday, April 28, 2018 included)
    • Sunday Seasonal Pass (Sunday only but except April 29, 2018)
    Please refer to the “Spring Summer Seasonal Pass Calendar” on the Shanghai Disney Resort official website for eligible visit dates.
  • On the days of restriction, the Spring Summer Seasonal Pass does not allow access to the Park. The days of restriction appear in documentation provided to you at the time of delivery of your Spring Summer Seasonal Pass. The days of restriction can also be found on our Website and are subject to change. This Spring Summer Seasonal Pass does not guarantee park access on days when the park reaches capacity.
  • To activate the Spring Summer Seasonal Pass, the Pass holder must go to the Ticket Booth in person with the specified original ID credential and the order number. Chinese Mainland guests must provide their PRC Resident ID Card. Hong Kong and Macao guests must provide their Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents or PRC Travel Document. Taiwan guests must provide their Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents or PRC Travel Document. Other guests must provide a valid foreign passport.
  • We will take photos of you as proof of your identity as the Spring Summer Seasonal Pass holder. Your name and photograph will be associated with the Spring Summer Seasonal Pass and the name and photograph cannot be changed.
  • All Seasonal Pass holders should follow the same park entry procedures as other guests. Please follow the instructions of our cast members for park entry.
  • Guests are required to show the original ID credential used to activate the Spring Summer Seasonal Pass at turnstiles when using Spring Summer Seasonal Pass to enter the Park, in order to guarantee the identity of the Spring Summer Seasonal Pass user and ensure its usage remains strictly personal.
  • The Spring Summer Seasonal Pass allows access to the Park during park operation hours (as published on our Website or on any other support to the convenience of Shanghai Disney Resort).
  • The Spring Summer Seasonal Pass does not give access to the Park during special events that require a separate admission charge nor does it give free access to the parking lot, nor the Walt Disney Grand Theatre.
  • To request a Spring Summer Seasonal Pass that is lost or stolen, the Pass holder must (i) come to the Park in person to complete and submit the reactivation application form at the Guest Services Window located outside the Park, and (ii) provide the original ID credential the Pass holder used to activate the Spring Summer Seasonal Pass, the original receipt of purchase and any other personal data as we may require. Once the application is submitted, the lost Spring Summer Seasonal Pass will be deactivated and can no longer be used. We will verify that the ID photo matches the guest who purchased the pass before issuing a new pass. Applications will be processed within three days. As with all ticket products, admission to Shanghai Disneyland is subject to the park rules and regulations.
  • Spring Summer Seasonal Pass holders should keep their Seasonal Pass in good condition. If any information on the Spring Summer Seasonal Pass is altered or damaged, the Seasonal Pass will be rendered invalid. Under such circumstances, the Spring Summer Seasonal Pass holder should go to the Guest Services center for assistance.
  • We may from time to time change the operating hours of the Park or attractions, close the Park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program, due to capacity, extreme weather, special events, to ensure safety, security or order, or if circumstances so required.
  • The Terms and Conditions are subject to change. We will provide a notice of any changes to these Terms and Conditions via email, SMS text message or by posting the change on our Website.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the availability of the Spring Summer Seasonal Pass Program at any time.
  • We reserve the right to deny sale or revoke the privileges of the Spring Summer Seasonal Pass for guests who have violated the Park Rules and Regulations.
  • For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Shanghai Disney Resort” or “we” means either or both of “Shanghai International Theme Park Company Limited” and “Shanghai International Theme Park and Resort Management Company Limited”.

Previous 2016 or 2017 Seasonal Pass Holders Purchase Their New Passes Terms and Conditions

  • 2016 or 2017 Seasonal Pass holders may purchase a Spring Summer Seasonal Pass up to July 22, 2018 at a discounted rate.
  • Former Seasonal Pass holders must go to any of the ticket booths located at the Main Entrance of the Park in person and provide his/her original expired Seasonal Pass and specified original ID credential. Chinese Mainland guests must provide their PRC Resident ID Card. Hong Kong and Macao guests must provide their Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents or PRC Travel Document. Taiwan guests must provide their Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents or PRC Travel Document. Other guests must provide a valid foreign passport. We will verify the ID and the photo match the guest purchasing a new pass.
  • No change may be made to the name printed on the original Seasonal Pass and the name must be the same for the new Spring Summer Seasonal Pass.
  • All Spring Summer Seasonal Passes will be valid until July 31st, 2018, regardless of the actual date of the purchase, confirmation or collection.
  • Previous 2016 or 2017 Seasonal Pass holders who purchase their new passes with special discount must follow the 2018 Spring Summer Seasonal Pass General Terms and Conditions.
