• Sapphire Annual Pass (ceased sales): Subject to the Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass Calendar and quota limits, offers a minimum of 350 Reservation Days during the Pass validity period. Pass holders are required to choose a visit date from the Reservation Days and make a reservation before visiting the park. Only those holders who have successfully made a reservation will be able to enter the park. Reservations are subject to the quota limits on each Reservation Day
• Crystal Annual Pass (ceased sales): Subject to the Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass Calendar and quota limits, offers a minimum of 256 Reservation Days during the Pass validity period. Pass holders are required to choose a visit date from the Reservation Days and make a reservation before visiting the park. Only those holders who have successfully made a reservation will be able to enter the park. Reservations are subject to the quota limits on each Reservation Day

• Crystal Annual Pass or Sapphire Annual Pass holders who have redeemed their Annual Passes are required to input the Annual Pass number and associated valid government ID number to reserve a date of visit through the resort’s official online platforms prior to their arrival at the park’s Main Entrance. Crystal Annual Pass or Sapphire Annual Pass holders who have not yet redeemed their Annual Pass can make a reservation for the date of their first visit by using their Annual Pass’s order number and the government ID number that was used to purchase the Annual Pass, and Mainland China guests must redeem such Annual Pass online through Shanghai Disney Resort Official App before entering the park. If you have any questions during the Annual Pass Online Redemption, please call 400-180-0000 or visit the Shanghai Disneyland Main Entrance Guest Services or Ticket Booth for assistance. Annual Pass holders who are Hong Kong China, Macao China, Taiwan China guests, or other guests must redeem their Annual Pass onsite at the park. Please go to the Main Entrance Guest Services or Ticket Booth in person with the specified valid ID (government ID, passport, PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card or other travel document) and the order number.
• The reservation window for the Crystal Annual Pass and Sapphire Annual Pass is 90 days. The reservation window will be updated at 13:00 on a daily basis.
• Up to three successful reservations can be held by each Crystal Annual Pass or Sapphire Annual Pass holder within the 90-day reservation window.
• Each reservation may include a maximum of five Pass holders with the same pass types who are all required to provide their names, mobile phone numbers, Annual Pass numbers and associated valid government ID numbers through the same account. The Crystal Annual Pass and Sapphire Annual Pass cannot be used to make a group reservation together with different Pass type.
• Children who enjoy free admission on the day of their visit to park do not need to register their information.
• Once the group reservation is successfully completed, no adding, deleting, or changing of an Annual Pass holder is permitted. All Crystal Annual Pass or Sapphire Annual Pass holders under the same reservation must enter the park at the same time.
• If there is a change of plan after a successful reservation, Crystal Annual Pass or Sapphire Annual Pass holders are able to change the reservation date or cancel their reservation 48 hours prior to 00:00 on the reserved visit day.
• If Pass holders have five ‘no-show days’ within a 90-day window, penalties will be applied (penalties will be waived in instances where force majeure becomes a factor). If a Pass holder has five ‘no-show days’ within a 90-day period, reservation access will be blocked for 30 days, starting from the day after the fifth “no-show”. However, reservations that have been made before penalties are applied are still valid for use.
• Reservations are subject to availability. It is not guaranteed that Crystal Annual Pass or Sapphire Annual Pass holders will be able to successfully make a reservation each time.
• Guests under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 or older in order to enter the park.
• The sale of Crystal Annual Pass and Sapphire Annual Pass has now ceased.

• If you purchased a Shanghai Disneyland Diamond Annual Pass on April 10, 2024 the Pass validity period runs through April 24, 2024. Guests are advised to redeem their Annual Pass within 15 days of the date of purchase. Any Annual Passes not redeemed during this time will be automatically activated. Annual Pass holders who are Mainland China guests, can redeem their Annual Pass online through Shanghai Disney Resort Official App. Annual Pass holders who are Hong Kong China, Macao China, Taiwan China guests, or other guests must redeem their Annual Pass onsite at the park.
