Theme Park Ticket or Service
Purchase Shanghai Disneyland tickets to discover a world of wonder filled with creativity, adventure and thrills for Guests of all ages.
The number of tickets available is limited. Tickets are valid only on specific date, or for Two-Day tickets, only on specific dates. Entertainment, ticket types, entitlements and prices subject to change without notice. Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
Any date marked "Unavailable" indicates that tickets are not currently available for purchase through this website at this time. Guests may still inquire about remaining tickets for these dates with our authorized trade partners or select another date.
Guests using senior tickets must be aged 60 and above on the day of their visit (One-Day ticket) or on the date of the day of their first visit (Two-Day ticket).
Guests with disabilities will be required to present their original valid government ID/Travel Document/Passport information and the original valid certificate or proof of disability, and then pass the “ID Query” page of “China Disabled Person’s Federation” WeChat Official Account to verify their disability certificate at the Main Entrance before entering the park. Guests who fail to present valid disability certificates and/or who cannot secure digital verification of their disability certificates may need to pay the difference of Standard ticket price to enter the park.
Disney Premier Tour Entitlements:
1. Shanghai Disneyland admission is not included in the cost of the tour.
2. Each tour is six (6) consecutive hours for a minimum of three (3) guests and a maximum of eight (8) guests. Children under the age of 3 years old or with a height of 1.0 meter and below on the day of their visit will not be counted in the number of total guests.
3. Additional hours will incur a surcharge. Please contact the Disney Premier Tour Service Reservation Center at +86 (21) 2060-3366 for more information.
4. Payment must be made in full before the start of the tour.
5. A dated Disney Premier Tour can be replaced twice with a new dated Disney Premier Tour of equal or greater value by paying the difference in price. Eligibility to replace is based on availability; date changes must occur 48 hours prior to 00:00 on the date of the entitlement.
6. Please notify us of any change in your itinerary at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to the full price paid for the tour.
7. All offers, events, tickets, services, attractions and entertainment options may be seasonal and are subject to change at any time.
8. Reserved viewing for select entertainment shows and parade(s) is based on availability and is weather permitting.
9. In consideration of capacity, extreme weather including but not limited to typhoon (when a blue alert for typhoon or above is issued by Shanghai Meteorological Centre or Pudong Meteorological Station), high temperature (when an orange alert for high temperature or above is issued by Shanghai Meteorological Centre or Pudong Meteorological Station), air pollution (when a blue alert for heavy air pollution or above is issued by Shanghai Meteorological Centre or Pudong Meteorological Station or when Air Quality Index published by Shanghai Environmental Monitoring Centre or Shanghai Meteorological Centre exceeds 300), special events, safety or order in the Park, or if the circumstances so require,
1）We may from time to time, change the operating hours of the Park or any Park attraction, close the Park or any part of it to the general public temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program.
2）We reserve the right to deny admission to any person, or to require a person already admitted to leave the Park.
10. At least one (1) guest in your party must be aged 16 years or older. In addition, each child under the age of 3 years old must be accompanied by a guest over the age of 16.
11. Guests should be aged 18 or older to make a Disney Premier Tour reservation.

Redeem Your Disney Premier Tour:
When you arrive at Shanghai Disney Resort, please meet your tour guide at the pre-determined meeting location.
Present your tour guide with your confirmation letter and/or confirmation number along with the credentials (For Mainland China guests, please bring your PRC Resident ID Card. For Hong Kong China and Macao China guests, please bring a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents. For Taiwan China Guests, please bring a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents. For other guests, please bring a valid foreign passport or PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card) used to book your tour.
