’ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration’ Imagination Terrace

Exclusive access to the Disneytown Imagination Terrace to watch the park’s ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration.

Product Introduction:

• This product only provides access to the Imagination Terrace, located in Disneytown. Park admission is not required nor provided as part of this product.
• Please note that the viewing area involves full outdoor standing, all guests who purchase the product need to share the same viewing area.
• Guests must select a visitation date from one of the available dates indicated on the validity period calendar.
• This product is subject to availability.
• If there is only one ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration performance on the day of your visit, the ’ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration’ Imagination Terrace (Session 1) is the only available product option. (Shanghai Disneyland may offer an additional ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration (subject to park operations on the day. Please refer to the Shanghai Disney Resort Official Website and Shanghai Disney Resort Official App to view the performance schedule and other details for the day of your visit.)
• Guests are required to provide their full name, valid ID information and mobile phone number when booking. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Up to five ’ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration’ Imagination Terrace can be purchased using one valid ID in one order, and each valid ID can only be used to place one order on any selected day.
• When entering the Imagination Terrace, the guest who booked the reservation should show his/her valid ID and enter with everyone else under the booking reservation at the same time.
• At least one (1) guest in your party must be aged 16 or older to use this paid product. Children under the age of 3 on the day of their visit will not be charged. Guests aged 16 years or older can take at most one (1) child under the age of 3 on the day of their visit to experience the show. For children under the age of 3 years old on the day of their visit who will enjoying free access , their guardians must also bring and present the child’s original physical copy of the Valid Government ID, such as the original physical copy of PRC Resident ID Card or the original physical copy of Household Register (Hu Kou Bu).
• The hours of operation of the Imagination Terrace viewing area are from 45 minutes before the start of the ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration until 10 minutes after the show finishes. Guests can check the on-day show schedule on the Shanghai Disney Resort Official Website and Shanghai Disney Resort Official App for show times and show duration.
• The Imagination Terrace entrance is located next to The Walt Disney Grand Theatre in Disneytown, located to the left-hand side of the Walt Disney Grand Theater. It will open for entry registration 45 minutes before the start of each ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration. Please arrive on time based on the on-day ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration show schedule.
• The Imagination Terrace is an open, outdoor venue that is exposed to the elements - we recommend that you check the weather forecast in advance of your visit and dress appropriately.
• As with other live entertainment in the park, the presentation of ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration may be impacted due to inclement weather or other unforeseen conditions. For example, during poor weather including but not limited to high wind, poor air quality, heavy fog and/or lighting, we may adjust or remove the fireworks effect, or temporarily delay or cancel the show.

• To ensure a smooth entry to the area, guests are required to provide the original physical copy of your valid ID document (Mainland China guests are required to bring your PRC Resident ID Card. Hong Kong China and Macao China guests are required to bring a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents. Taiwan China guests are required to bring a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents. Other guests are required to bring a valid foreign passport or PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card) and their prepaid order number (the order number usually begins with SHDR and is followed by numbers. You can find it in your confirmation SMS or order history). After the Imagination Terrace viewing area is open for access, you need to redeem the service when entering the area, which is located at the left-hand side of the Walt Disney Grand Theater.
• For children under the age of 3 years old on the day of their visit who will enjoying free access , their guardians must also bring and present the child’s original physical copy of the Valid Government ID, such as the original physical copy of PRC Resident ID Card or the original physical copy of Household Register (Hu Kou Bu).

• This product is non-transferrable, non-changeable and non-refundable (no matter whether the Guest shows up or not), unless otherwise provided by law.
• We reserve the right to close or change the schedule of the ’ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration’ Imagination Terrace service operation for safety reasons, such as inclement weather.
• Please maintain good personal hygiene; respect personal space and avoid standing too close to other guests.
• No selfie sticks are permitted during the show.
• Guests to Disneytown are expected to comply with the ‘Disneytown Rules and Regulations’.

• The ’ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration’ Imagination Terrace is non-transferrable, non-changeable and non-refundable (unless otherwise provided by law). We may photograph, film, videotape and/or record at Disneytown, and use these images and/or sound recordings. Your entry to Disneytown constitutes your consent to be filmed, photographed and/or recorded, and to our use of these images and/or sound recordings, which may capture your portrait and/or voice, for our internal business, administrative and operational purposes or other directly related purposes, for the purposes of meeting the legal, safety or security requirements, or for other legitimate purposes. We reserve the right to close or restrict access to areas of Disneytown for safety reasons, such as inclement weather or over-crowding. Please comply with all notices, and all instructions and requests of any Cast Member, posted, given or made for the purpose of ensuring safety and order. These Rules and Regulations are subject to change. If there are mandatory requirements stated in the laws otherwise, then related ordinances will be followed. For the purposes of these rules, “we” means either or both of “Shanghai International Theme Park Associated Facilities Company Limited” and “Shanghai International Theme Park and Resort Management Company Limited.”
