通常チケット及び特別価格の定義

上海ディズニーランドのチケットにおける特別価格

特別価格：

  • 子供：来園当日の年齢が3歳から11歳まで、または身長100cmから140cmまでのゲストが対象。
  • シニア：来園当日の年齢が60歳以上のゲストが対象。
  • 障がいのある方：有効な障がい証明書をお持ちのゲストが対象。
入園料無料：
  • 来園当日の年齢が3歳未満または身長100cm以下のお子様は入園無料となります。

上海ディズニーランドの年間パスにおける特別価格

  • 子供：年間パスと引き換える当日の年齢が3歳から11歳まで、または身長100cmから140cmまでのゲストが対象。
  • シニア：年間パスと引き換える当日の年齢が60歳以上のゲストが対象。
  • 障がいのある方：有効な障がい証明書をお持ちのゲストが対象。

上記の「年齢」に関する定義はゲストの生年月日に準じます。上記の特別価格または入園料無料の対象とならないゲストは、上海ディズニーランドに入園する際、通常チケットを購入しなければなりません。16歳未満のゲストが入園するには、16歳以上のゲストの同伴が必要です。

入園日を選択

事前にお選びになった日のみ入園できます。すべてのゲストが身分証明書の原本とチケットを購入した際の控えをお持ちの上、パークのメインエントランスからご入園ください。

中国本土からお越しのゲストは、「中華人民共和国住民身分証」；
中国香港、マカオからお越しのゲストは、「港澳居民来往内地通行証」、「中華人民共和国旅行証」または「中華人民共和国港澳居民居住証」；
中国台湾からお越しのゲストは、「台湾居民来往内地通行証」、「中華人民共和国旅行証」または「中華人民共和国台湾居民居住証」；
それ以外の国や地域からお越しのゲストは、有効なパスポートまたは「中華人民共和国外国人永久居留身分証」をお持ちください。

「中華人民共和国住民身分証」をお持ちしていない中国本土出身のお子様は、入園する際に有効なチケット及び顔写真とID番号が両方記載された公的な身分証を確認する必要があります。

有効な障害者証明書をお持ちのゲスト

入園する際の注意事項：
障害をお持ちのゲストは、有効な本人確認書類及び本人の有効な障害証明書をお持ちの上、メインエントランスにて「中国障害者連合会」のWeChat公式アカウントの「証明書照会」ページでご本人の障害者証明書の照会を行った後、入園することができます。入園時に本人の有効な障害証明書を提示できない、または「証明書照会」ページで照会に失敗したゲストは、通常チケットとの差額を支払わなければなりません。

年間パスカレンダーで各種の年間パスの利用できる日とできない日を調べる。

【上海ディズニーランドの年間パスカレンダー】で6ヶ月（調べる当月を含む）以内の入園可能な日を調べることができます。毎月の中旬にさらにその先一か月分のカレンダーが公開されます。【上海ディズニーランドの年間パスカレンダー】は、政府が定める祝祭日の調整により変更される場合があります。また、パークが収容率の限度に達した時、当園は年間パスを所持するゲストの入園を保証することはできません。

チケットの数が限られています。チケットは所定の日にのみ使用できます。2デー・チケットは決められた2日間連続で使用できます。アトラクション、チケットの種類、権限及び価格に変動がある場合は、別途通知しませんので、ご了承ください。チケットは譲渡、払い戻しできません。

選択された日が「売り切れ」と表示されている場合は、直営の公式販売（上海ディズニーリゾートの公式サイト、WeChat公式アカウント、阿里旅行公式旗艦店、予約サービスセンター、ディズニーリゾートのチケット売り場）では現在売り切れとなっていることを意味します。そのほかの代理店に連絡するか、またはほかの日を選択することをお勧めします。

ゲストは購入したシニアチケット（1デー・チケットまたは2デー・チケット）で入園する当日（2デー・チケットの場合は初回入園日当日）に、満60歳である必要があります。

障がいのある方は、ご本人様の有効な身分証明書と障がい証明書の原本をお持ちの上、メインエントランスにて、「中国障がい者連合会」WeChat公式アカウントの「証明書照会」ページで障がい証明書の認証を行った後、入園することができます。ご入園の際にご本人様の有効な障がい証明書原本の提示又は認証ができないゲストは、通常チケットとの差額を支払うことになります。

This offer is a one-day dated ticket offer. When purchasing the ticket, guests need to select the visitation date from the applicable dates indicated on the validity period calendar and can only enter the park on the day selected at the time of ticket purchase.
2. Type of Tickets:
Standard
Children - (Aged 3 to 11 years old (both inclusive) or with a height above 1.0 meters and up to 1.4 meters on the day of their visit to the park)
Seniors - Aged 60 years old and above on the date of park visitation
Guests with disabilities - Guests with valid disability certificates
3. Note:
Guests with disabilities will be required to present their original valid government ID/Travel Document/Passport information and the original valid certificate or proof of disability, and then pass the "ID Query" page of "China Disabled Person's Federation" WeChat Official Account to verify their disability certificate at the Main Entrance before entering the park. Guests who fail to present valid disability certificates and/or who cannot secure digital verification of their disability certificates may need to pay the difference of a standard ticket price to enter the park.
4. RMB 100 Food & Beverage Coupon Details:
RMB 100 Food & Beverage Coupon included in this product can enjoy RMB 100 off when you purchase above RMB 100 in value for a single transaction at selected Quick Service Restaurants, selected Kiosks or Outdoor Vending Carts in Shanghai Disneyland, the eligible redemption period and redemption location are as below:
Eligible redemption period: The coupon can only be used on the day of visit.
Eligible redemption location: Designated Quick Service Restaurants, selected Kiosks and selected Outdoor Vending Carts in Shanghai Disneyland

5. Claim the Cash Coupon: In order to claim the coupon, guests must bind their park ticket after they have entered the park by,
- Opening the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App and click on "Me" - "Scan" to scan the QR Code on the back of their ticket to get the coupon
Or
- Opening the Shanghai Disney Resort Official WeChat account, sending the keyword "My Center", and click on "My Center" - "Scan" to scan the QR Code on the back of their ticket to get the coupon
Guests can view and redeem the coupon in "My Coupon" on the Shanghai Disney Resort official App or WeChat account "My Center". Open the coupon to display the QR Code of the coupon when ready to use.

Change Conditions
1. Ticket Upgrade: The "Child/ Senior/ Guests with disabilities" ticket in this offer can be upgraded to a "Standard" ticket after paying the difference in price on-site.
2. Refund & Cancellation Terms: This offer cannot be transferred, cancelled or refunded in whole or in part, unless otherwise required by law.
The personal identification information registered at the time of purchase cannot be changed after purchase unless otherwise required by law.
3. Date Change: This offer can only be exchanged twice within the ticket's validity period (eligibility is subject to availability), and date changes must occur 48 hours prior to 00:00am on the original date of the entitlement (e.g. if you have bought a ticket for January 4, you will have until midnight on January 1st to change the visit date.) If a product is of an equal value, the exchange can be made by the guest through the Shanghai Disney Resort Official online platform; if a product is of greater or lower value, the exchange must be made through the Shanghai Disney Resort Reservation Center (Hotline: 400-180-0000 or +86-21-3158-0000).

Purchase Information
1. Sales Period: From 08:00, October 8, 2024 through 20:00, November 29, 2024
2. Validity Period: From October 9, 2024 through November 30, 2024, 2024, guests may visit the park on the date selected (see available dates in the validity period) at the time of purchase.
3. Quantities: This offer is only available in limited quantities, while stock last.
4. Purchase Rules: This offer must be purchased at least one day prior to the date of admission.

2. Documents Required: All Guests are required to provide the original physical copy of your ID document and your prepaid ticket order when entering the park via Shanghai Disneyland Main Entrance. For Details, please refer to the "Documents Note".
3. Reminder: Guests who reserve a single ticket or a number of park tickets are required to enter the park with the rest of the ticket holders booked under their government ID during their first visit.
Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 or older to enter the park.
