For Park Tickets and other products services related to ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration on September 15, 2024Guests with a used ticket for September 15, 2024, may visit the park after 15:00 on any other day during September 18, 2024 to March 18, 2025 without the need for a reservation. On the day of your next visit:
- For guests who have purchased tickets with ID document, please redeem at the park entrance turnstiles with the original physical copy of ID document that was used to purchase your tickets for September 15, 2024. All guests who purchased tickets with the same ID document on September 15, 2024 are required to enter the park at the same time as the main ID document holder.
- For guests with tickets that are not linked to any ID documents, please bring the original paper tickets on September 15, 2024 to Guest Services window to redeem the new on-day tickets.
For other products and services related to ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration on September 15, 2024, such as Disney Premiere Access, Imagination Terrace, Royal Banquet Hall Princess Set Menu with Reserved Viewing Area, the benefit of ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration will be automatically refunded through the original purchase channel for the respective amount accordingly.
For Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass holders who entered the park on September 15, 2024, we will provide a one-day extension of the validity period and the general benefits. You can visit Shanghai Disney Resort official APP or Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass WeChat Hub to check your updated Annual Pass validity from September 19, 2024.

1. To purchase the Andy’s Backyard Games (Hamm’s Coin Catcher), guests must get a Disney Standby Pass in advance.
2. Disney Standby Pass is subject to availability.
3. This Disney Standby Pass is for the personal use of the reserved guests only and is non-transferrable, non-resalable, non-exchangeable and non-cashable.
4. Change of date is not permitted once a Disney Standby Pass for the Andy’s Backyard Games (Hamm’s Coin Catcher) is issued. Guests cannot hold an additional Disney Standby Pass for the same item before the original Disney Standby Pass is redeemed or expires. Guests may cancel their confirmed and unused Disney Standby Pass at any time prior to the expiration of the validity time shown on the pass.
5. Guests should arrive at the queue area of Andy’s Backyard Games at the valid time period of the Disney Standby Pass to purchase Andy’s Backyard Games (Hamm’s Coin Catcher).

1. One Disney Standby Pass for the Andy’s Backyard Games (Hamm’s Coin Catcher) allows a guest to purchase a maximum of five game vouchers for Hamm’s Coin Catcher.
2. Prize selection is subject to site availability.
3. Guests in possession of Andy’s Backyard Games (Hamm’s Coin Catcher) Disney Standby Pass should finish the redemption process following Cast Members’ guidance in the Andy’s Backyard Games.
