Rain or Shine: You’re Good to Go

Shanghai’s climate shifts throughout the year, with temperatures ranging from hot and humid in the summer months to chilly winter weather that may require warmer clothing.

Mild temperatures and a flurry of cherry blossoms make this one of the most beautiful times of year in China’s largest city.

From September through November, temperatures are mild during the day and cooler at night, making it a popular time to visit.

Snowfall is rare, but this is decidedly the coldest time of the year. At night, temperatures can drop below freezing so be sure to bundle up!

On select occasions, the theme park may be forced to close or operate under a limited range of offerings and park hours due to extreme cases of inclement weather. For more information on storm warnings and potential cases for park closure, please check back in the near future!
