Disney Standby Pass is an innovative free online reservation tool launched by Shanghai Disney Resort to help guests reserve times to enter the queue line for select attractions. It can help reduce your physical wait time in attraction queues, and significantly enhance your overall park experience.
Disney Standby Passes will only be required from 12pm to 5pm during the park hours. During this period, the corresponding attractions are only open to guests who hold either a Disney Standby Pass or Disney Premier Access. Guests can obtain Disney Standby Passes on the official App after entering the park, subject to availability. Outside of these hours, Disney Standby Pass will not be required to enter the queue lines of the select attractions.
Disney Standby Pass will not necessarily be required every day. When attendance is low, Disney Standby Pass will even not be turned on for the entire day. Please check the Official App to see if Disney Standby Passes are required on the day of your visit.
Guests who do not have a smart phone or have other difficulties in obtaining Disney Standby Pass may get assistance at Guest Services locations throughout the park.
