Disney Standby Pass for Disney Themed Bucket:
1. To purchase Disney Themed Bucket, guests must get a Disney Standby Pass in advance.
2. Disney Standby Pass is subject to availability.
3. Change of date is not permitted once a Disney Standby Pass for Disney Themed Bucket is issued. Guests cannot hold an additional Disney Standby Pass for the same experience before the original Disney Standby Pass is redeemed or expires. Guests may cancel their confirmed and unused Disney Standby Pass at any time prior to the expiration of the validity time shown on the pass.
4. Guests should arrive at the queue area of Disney Themed Bucket during the valid time period of the Disney Standby Pass to purchase Disney Themed Bucket.
Terms and Conditions of Disney Themed Bucket:
1. One Disney Standby Pass for Disney Themed Bucket allows a guest to purchase a maximum of Two Disney Themed Bucket.
2. Guests in possession of Disney Themed Bucket Disney Standby Pass should finish the redemption process following Cast Members guidance in the Tangled Tree Tavern. After completing the payment at the onsite Cashier Counter by waiting in line, guests may pick up the popcorn bucket by showing their payment receipt.
3. Guests may use their receipt of the Disney Themed Bucket to redeem one serving of caramel flavored popcorn per each popcorn bucket shown on the receipt at any Outdoor Popcorn Cart in the park (excluding the F&B locations at Zootopia) on the purchase date within the operation hours.
Refund and Exchange Policy of Disney Themed Bucket:
1. Please make sure that you have received your sales receipt, bank card payment receipt and electric payment (if any) and keep them for any returns and exchanges of food and beverage souvenir products (hereinafter referred to as “Products”). If a Fapiao has been issued for the purchase, the Fapiao is required to be returned with the Products.
2. Products (including F&B Souvenir Cups, and Popcorn Buckets) are all considered as food direct contact products; Due to food hygiene concerns, the Products cannot be returned or exchanged except for quality issues. Please read carefully the Product labels for further information and user notes.
3. If there are quality issues for Products purchased on the same day, please go to Picnic Basket located at Gardens of Imagination of the Park for exchange or return.
4. If there are further assistance requested for Products purchased on a different day, please contact the Shanghai Disney Resort Reservation Center on: 400-180-0000 (Chinese Mainland) or +86-21-3158-0000 (Other Countries/Regions) or bring the Products to the popcorn cart located at Adventure Isle of the Park for return. No exchange of the Products are acceptable for Products purchased on another day.
5. To the extent of any conflict between this Policy and mandatory rules of the Law, the Law shall prevail.
