However, as the first step of a phased reopening, Shanghai Disney Resort will partially resume operations on March 9, 2020 with a limited number of shopping, dining, and recreational experiences available in Disneytown, Wishing Star Park and Shanghai Disneyland Hotel. Each of these resort locations will operate under limited capacity and reduced hours of operation. The Disney Car and Coach Park and the Disneytown Parking Lot will also reopen.

The resort will provide an extensive range of measures, designed to ensure a safe and healthy experience for all guests, Cast Members and Disneytown tenant employees, including strict and comprehensive approaches on sanitization, disinfection and cleanliness. In accordance with relevant regulations, every guest entering Shanghai Disney Resort will be required to undergo temperature screening procedures and present their Shanghai QR Code. Only guests with a green Shanghai QR Code will be allowed to enter the resort. Guests must wear a mask during their entire visit (except when dining), and will also be reminded to maintain respectful social distances at all times while in stores, queues and restaurants.

Kids Eat Free Dining Promotion

Aurora offer special “Kids Eat Free” discount until December 30, 2020.

One adult will be able to bring at most one kid aged from 3-11 years old (both included) to enjoy a complimentary kids meal. Each child must be accompanied by one adult to enjoy the dining promotion, the accompanying adult and kid aged 12 or above should pay the full price.

This promotion can be enjoyed in conjunction with Annual Pass holder’s approximately 20% off discount of all dining at Shanghai Disneyland Hotel.

Terms and Conditions:

  • This promotion is only available during hours of service at Aurora at Shanghai Disneyland Hotel. The following dates are excluded from this promotion: November 26-29 and December 22-25, 2020.
  • This promotion only applies to children aged 3 to 11 years old (both inclusive), guardians must bring and present a valid original government ID with a photo and the date of birth of the children (“ID Certificate”) that is acceptable to us on the day they intend to enjoy this promotion; children aged 12 or above should pay the full price. Children under 3 years old can enter the restaurant and share the meal with the accompanying adult free of charge.
  • Each adult can only bring one kid to enjoy the Kids Eat Free Dining Promotion at selected restaurant. The accompanying adult should pay full price for any Aurora Four Course Menu or equivalent.
