Dinner begins with an appetizer selection that’s otherworldly—with offerings that include Duck Liver, Parfait Truffle & Hawthorn Jelly; Reconstructed Caprese Salad, Langoustine & Greens, Garden Crisp Vegetables and more—before moving on to modern Asian entrees like Milk-Fed Lamb Two Ways, Wagyu Short Ribs & Tajima Sirloin or Monk Fish with Lobster Foam.

Cap off the deliciousness with such dessert fare as Corn Panna Cotta and Lemon Merengue.
