For guests who have successfully purchased a park ticket or an Annual Pass, on their visit day, each guest must bring and present the original physical copy of the Valid Government ID used at the time of ticket or Annual Pass purchase.

• Mainland China guests are required to bring and present your PRC Resident ID Card;
• Hong Kong China and Macao China guests are required to bring and present a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents;
• Taiwan China guests are required to bring and present a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents;
• Other guests are required to bring and present a valid foreign passport or PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card.

For Mainland China guests under the age of 16 who have not yet obtained a PRC Resident ID Card, please bring and present the guest’s original physical copy of Household Register (Hu Kou Bu) used at the time of ticket purchase for entering the park. Before park entry, please visit the resort’s official online channel (shdr.cn/U16) input the guest’s PRC Resident ID Card number on the Household Register (Hu Kou Bu). Once submitted, you will receive an electronic ID code*.

*This electronic ID code is not proof of a valid park admission, both the original physical copy of Household Register (Hu Kou Bu) used at the time of ticket purchase and the electronic ID code are required for entering the park at a turnstile.

For children under the age of 3 years old on the day of their visit who will receive free park admission, their guardians must also bring and present the child’s original physical copy of the Valid Government ID, such as the original physical copy of PRC Resident ID Card or the original physical copy of Household Register (Hu Kou Bu).
