Guests with disabilities are eligible for purchasing tickets with a discounted price of the Standard ticket price. To make an enquiry or purchase, the guest will need to contact the Shanghai Disney Resort Reservation Center (by calling 400-180-0000 or 86-21-3158-0000), or visit the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App, Shanghai Disney Resort Official Website and Shanghai Disney Resort Official WeChat Account to purchase Disable tickets. Guests with disabilities will be required to present their original valid government ID/Travel Document/Passport information and the original valid certificate or proof of disability, and then pass the “ID Query” page of “China Disabled Person’s Federation” WeChat Official Account to verify their disability certificate at the Main Entrance before entering the park. Guests who fail to present valid disability certificates and/or who cannot secure digital verification of their disability certificates may need to pay the difference of Standard ticket price to enter the park.
