Taxi pick-up and drop-off services are required to use the West Public Transportation Hub
Please note that according to the relevant provisions of Shanghai Transportation Management No. 87 [2016], taxi drivers, in addition to the designated pick-up and drop-off areas within hotels and other premises in the Shanghai International Tourism Resort, are also allowed to pick up and drop off passengers at the “West Public Transportation Hub”. Taxis are not allowed to provide drop-off and pick-up service in Disney Car and Coach Park.

To protect guest rights, we remind all guests to only purchase Shanghai Disney Resort products and services via official and authorized channels.For park ticketing products and hotel reservations, guests can make purchase through the resort’s official direct channels including the Shanghai Disney Resort official website, app and WeChat account, as well as the resort’s Disney Reservation Center, official Jingdong Flagship Store and official Fliggy Store, or through our official travel partners. If you want to purchase Disney Premier Access, please refer to the resort’s official direct channels below after you have purchased your park tickets. Disney Premier Access products and services are only available through these four channels:

- Shanghai Disney Resort official Fliggy Store
Due to high demand, Shanghai Disney Resort parking lots will be at or near full capacity during the weekends and holidays. Guests visiting Shanghai Disneyland and Disneytown are advised to take the metro, taxi or other public transportation.

Traveling via car or coach? Park your vehicle for the day at the Disney Car & Coach Park and Disneytown Parking Lot. Please find the detailed parking fees below for your reference.
Hybrid and Electric Vehicles
To accommodate our Guests with hybrid and electric vehicles, Shanghai Disney Resort offers a number of electric vehicle charging spaces.
Guests with Disabilities
For Guests with disabilities, a limited number of handicap parking spaces are also available at the Disney Car & Coach Park.

Please note: If special circumstances require that a vehicle owner leaves his/her vehicle in this Car and Coach Park after 24:00, please notify a cast member in advance. Recharging via above charging methods after 24:00.
Cars Drop-off and Pick-up area hours of operation: 05:30 AM – 08:00 PM
15 min free from 00:00 to 19:00 and 30 min from 19:00 to 24:00 for Car Drop-off and Pick-up after entry. (These exceptions may be adjusted based on the current parking situation.)
Please leave before the grace period as shown in the payment system. Once you have passed the grace period after the payment, you will be recharged via the charging methods.
Coach:

60 min free for Coach Drop-off and Pick-up after entry. (These exceptions may be adjusted based on the current parking situation.)
