With 7-day advance notice, sign language interpretation is available at certain shows as a courtesy to our Guests.

Service Overview

At specific live shows, Shanghai Disney Resort provides Chinese sign language interpretation for Guests who are deaf or hard of hearing—available at no extra charge. Shows offering sign language interpretation include:

Please note that admission to Shanghai Disneyland is required to experience Frozen: A Sing-Along Celebration, Golden Fairytale Fanfare and Eye of the Storm.

Request Interpretation

Regularly scheduled shows that offer Chinese sign language interpretation services require a 7-day advance request. In addition, interpretation services can also be requested for other special events and shows with a 14-day advance notice.

To make a request, visit Main Entrance Guest Services or check back for phone and email contact information closer to the theme park’s opening. Upon requesting interpretation services, Guests will be contacted to confirm arrangements and will receive a show schedule listing the names, dates and times of interpreted performances.
