Package Pick-Up

This handy service allows you to stow all your Shanghai Disneyland purchases for pick-up later in the day or have them delivered directly to your Disney Resort hotel.

Convenient Shopping

If you purchase souvenirs at Shanghai Disneyland, but don’t want to carry your merchandise all day, you don’t have to!


Simply request Package Pick-Up at the time of purchase—for no additional charge—and your items will be held for you to pick up later that day at Turnstile Guest Services outside of the theme park or at your Disney Resort hotel.

Location and Hours

Package Pick-Up has 3 locations:

Operating hours are daily from 10:00 until roughly 3 hours before the park closes.

  • Guests can claim their purchases at Turnstile Guest Services starting at 13:00 (1:00 PM).
  • Package delivery to Turnstile Guest Services ends at 18:00 (6:00 PM).
  • Package delivery to the Resort Hotel ends at 16:00 (4:00 PM).
