For Park Tickets for September 13-14, 2021
Guests with tickets to visit Shanghai Disneyland on September 13 and/or September 14, 2021 may choose to visit the park on any other day within the next six months (by March 13, 2022 inclusive with respect to park tickets for September 13, 2021; and by March 14, 2022 inclusive with respect to park tickets for September 14, 2021), and a reservation will not be required*. One-day tickets can be redeemed at the park entrance turnstiles with the original Government Identity Card or Travel Document that was used to purchase your tickets for September 13 and/or September 14, 2021 on the day of your next visit. For guests with two-day tickets, please proceed to the Guest Services windows located outside the turnstiles of Shanghai Disneyland’s Main Entrance with your original Government Identity Card or Travel Document on the day of your next visit.

If you cannot visit the park in the next six months, you can obtain a refund. For guests who have purchased their tickets through the Shanghai Disney Resort Official Website, App, WeChat Account, the Resort Reservation Center, the Resort Official Fliggy Flagship Store or Official Jingdong Flagship Store, you can request a refund through the resort’s official app, and you will obtain the refund through the original purchase channel within 45 working days. For guests who have purchased tickets through other official channels, please contact the original ticket purchase channel to request a refund, or follow the instructions at the end of this notice.

For your convenience, there are Guest Services locations stationed all across the Resort. The main service hub is based just inside the entrance to Shanghai Disneyland. There are also 3 locations outside the theme park that serve specific needs, as well as Guest Services areas in 5 of the theme park’s 6 lands.

Inside the Theme Park

Main Entrance Guest Services – Located just inside the theme park’s Main Entrance, this concierge-like counter is the primary Guest Services location that offers the widest array of services—including:

  • Priority seating and dining reservations
  • Guest concerns
  • Accessibility information
  • Lost and Found
  • Lost Guest retrieval

Guest Services by Land – Each land’s Guest Services area features a tip board that displays attraction wait times, entertainment show times, information on park-wide events and more. Land locations include:

  • Gardens of Imagination Guest Services
  • Tomorrowland Guest Services
  • Treasure Cove Guest Services

Outside the Theme Park

There are 3 Guest Services locations outside Shanghai Disneyland, 2 of which are especially handy for organized groups and Resort hotel guests. Walk-up windows include:

Group Services – Pick up pre-sold tickets for organized groups at this parking area location. You can also purchase sets of tickets for large parties. In addition, groups that choose to head straight to the park can check in here for stays at Shanghai Disney Resort hotels.

Turnstile Guest Services – Located outside the theme park’s Main Entrance, Guests can get assistance with general information, will call and ticket issues, as well as lost and found items. Resort hotel Guests—including those who have purchased tickets as part of a vacation package—can pick up their tickets here.

Disneytown Guest Services – Open during regular Disneytown operating hours, this location is ready to assist you while visiting the retail, dining and entertainment district.

Hours of Operation

Each Guest Services location follows the regular operating hours of the area where it is stationed at Shanghai Disney Resort. However, you can always ask a nearby Cast Member to check times of operation.
