On the day of your next visit:
- For guests who have purchased tickets with ID document, please redeem at the park entrance turnstiles with the original physical copy of ID document that was used to purchase your tickets for September 15, 2024. All guests who purchased tickets with the same ID document on September 15, 2024 are required to enter the park at the same time as the main ID document holder.
- For guests with tickets that are not linked to any ID documents, please bring the original paper tickets on September 15, 2024 to Guest Services window to redeem the new on-day tickets.
For other products and services related to ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration on September 15, 2024, such as Disney Premiere Access, Imagination Terrace, Royal Banquet Hall Princess Set Menu with Reserved Viewing Area, the benefit of ILLUMINATE!
