Taxis are not allowed to provide drop-off and pick-up service in Disney Car and Coach Park.

Soaring Over the Horizon (102 cm or Taller) will replace Zootopia: Hot Pursuit and Woody’s Roundup (81 cm or Taller) will replace The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh if any of the attraction options from the bundle close due to scheduled maintenance or other unforeseen circumstances. The actual practice shall be subject to the on-site operations. We reserve the right to offer alternative attractions for guests who have purchased this product.

Please enter the Disney Premier Access Entrance at the attraction or enter the reserved area at the entertainment venue anytime during the Validity Period (subject to attraction operations). Please have the Disney Premier Access QR Code open within the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App or present the QR Code on the park ticket to scan using the redemption device. Once scanned, the Cast Member will validate the photo associated with the park ticket and ensure it matches that of the person redeeming the Disney Premier Access. If the Disney Premier Access user does not match the visual identity of the park ticket, the Disney Premier Access will not be accepted.
Disney Premier Access Terms and Conditions
The Disney Premier Access included in the bundle can only be used by one individual guest after entering the park and (with respect to attractions) is only valid during the time period between the designated starting time and the closing time of your selected attraction on the date of entry or (with respect to entertainment shows) is only valid during the return window of your selected entertainment show on the date of entry ("Validity Period"). It can only be used once during the validity period at the selected attraction or entertainment venue. It is shown in digital form only and is associated with the park ticket used to purchase it. It will be classed as void if altered.
Disney Premier Access is non-transferrable, not for resale and is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
The operating hours of attractions and entertainment show times are subject to change. Attractions and entertainment experiences may be suspended or closed temporarily. We may from time to time, change the operating hours of the Park or any Park attraction, close the Park or any part of it to the general public temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program.
