Taxi pick-up and drop-off services are required to use the West Public Transportation Hub

Please note that according to the relevant provisions of Shanghai Transportation Management No. 87 [2016], taxi drivers, in addition to the designated pick-up and drop-off areas within hotels and other premises in the Shanghai International Tourism Resort, are also allowed to pick up and drop off passengers at the “West Public Transportation Hub”. Taxis are not allowed to provide drop-off and pick-up service in Disney Car and Coach Park.

For park ticketing products and hotel reservations, guests can make purchase through the resort’s official direct channels including the Shanghai Disney Resort official website, app and WeChat account, as well as the resort’s Disney Reservation Center, official Jingdong Flagship Store and official Fliggy Store, or through our official travel partners. If you want to purchase Disney Premier Access, please refer to the resort’s official direct channels below after you have purchased your park tickets. Disney Premier Access products and services are only available through these four channels:

Products and services purchased via any other channels are non-official, unauthorized, highly likely fake or fraudulent, which may therefore lead to guests at their own risk and responsibility of financial loss. As such illegal commercial activities also bring significant damage to the resort’s reputation, business and normal operations, we have been working closely with relevant government authorities to crackdown on these activities including monitoring and reporting them regularly to the local government.

Due to high demand, Shanghai Disney Resort parking lots will be at or near full capacity during the weekends and holidays. Guests visiting Shanghai Disneyland and Disneytown are advised to take the metro, taxi or other public transportation.

Terms and Conditions:

This coupon is a dated meal coupon. Guests may only use the coupon on the date selected at the time they purchase the offer. The coupon can only be used on the day of visit and will not be accepted at any other time.

This coupon can only be used once per transaction. The coupon cannot be redeemed for cash in whole. Any additional charges must be paid by the guest. The coupon must be surrendered at the time of purchase and will have no remaining value once used.

This coupon can only be used for a single purchase above RMB 35 (exclusive RMB 35).

By using the Platform of “Mobile Order” in the Restaurants, please sign into your Shanghai Disney Resort Membership account on Mobile Order Platform to use your e-coupon and enjoy F&B benefits via online payment.

This coupon does not apply to the purchase of birthday cakes, food and beverage souvenir products (like a food and beverage souvenir cup, popcorn bucket, specialty beverage, straw clip, dessert spoon, cup sleeve, etc.), alcohol, service charges, other promotion or dining packages combined with other products/services. (Such as the package including ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration reserved viewing areas).

This coupon can only be redeemed during Quick Service Restaurant operation hours. For the applicable Quick Service Restaurant operation hours, please refer to the official release on the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App. Due to capacity constraints, inclement weather, special events, safety, security or order reasons, or other circumstances, we may change the park operating hours or the opening hours of any restaurants in the park from time to time, temporarily close the park or any part of the park area, limit the number of people entering the park, and/or suspend or close any restaurants, Kiosk and Outdoor Vending Carts.

The operating hours of the Outdoor Vending Carts are subject to the actual operation of the park on the day. You are advised to redeem the coupon between the hours of 10:30 - 17:00. Please consult an on-site Cast Members for the detailed locations of all applicable outdoor vending carts.
