Please note that according to the relevant provisions of Shanghai Transportation Management No. 87 [2016], taxi drivers, in addition to the designated pick-up and drop-off areas within hotels and other premises in the Shanghai International Tourism Resort, are also allowed to pick up and drop off passengers at the “West Public Transportation Hub”. Taxis are not allowed to provide drop-off and pick-up service in Disney Car and Coach Park.

To protect guest rights, we remind all guests to only purchase Shanghai Disney Resort products and services via official and authorized channels.For park ticketing products and hotel reservations, guests can make purchase through the resort’s official direct channels including the Shanghai Disney Resort official website, app and WeChat account, as well as the resort’s Disney Reservation Center, official Jingdong Flagship Store and official Fliggy Store, or through our official travel partners. If you want to purchase Disney Premier Access, please refer to the resort’s official direct channels below after you have purchased your park tickets. Disney Premier Access products and services are only available through these four channels:

Due to high demand, Shanghai Disney Resort parking lots will be at or near full capacity during the weekends and holidays. Guests visiting Shanghai Disneyland and Disneytown are advised to take the metro, taxi or other public transportation.
Theme Park Ticket or Service
Purchase Shanghai Disneyland tickets to discover a world of wonder filled with creativity, adventure and thrills for Guests of all ages.
The number of tickets available is limited. Tickets are valid only on specific date, or for Two-Day tickets, only on specific dates. Entertainment, ticket types, entitlements and prices subject to change without notice. Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
Any date marked "Unavailable" indicates that tickets are not currently available for purchase through this website at this time. Guests may still inquire about remaining tickets for these dates with our authorized trade partners or select another date.
Guests using senior tickets must be aged 60 and above on the day of their visit (One-Day ticket) or on the date of the day of their first visit (Two-Day ticket).
Guests with disabilities will be required to present their original valid government ID/Travel Document/Passport information and the original valid certificate or proof of disability, and then pass the “ID Query” page of “China Disabled Person’s Federation” WeChat Official Account to verify their disability certificate at the Main Entrance before entering the park. Guests who fail to present valid disability certificates and/or who cannot secure digital verification of their disability certificates may need to pay the difference of Standard ticket price to enter the park.
‘ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration’ Imagination Terrace Terms and Conditions:
1. This product is non-transferrable, non-changeable and non-refundable (no matter whether the Guest shows up or not), unless otherwise provided by law.
2. We reserve the right to close or change the schedule of the ‘ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration’ Imagination Terrace service operation for safety reasons, such as inclement weather.
3. Please maintain good personal hygiene; respect personal space and avoid standing too close to other guests.
4. No selfie sticks are permitted during the show.

Redeem Your Services
1. To ensure a smooth entry to the area, guests are required to provide the original physical copy of your valid ID document (Mainland China guests are required to bring your PRC Resident ID Card. Hong Kong China and Macao China guests are required to bring a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents. Taiwan China guests are required to bring a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents. Other guests are required to bring a valid foreign passport or PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card) and their prepaid order number (the order number usually begins with SHDR and is followed by numbers. You can find it in your confirmation SMS or order history). After the Imagination Terrace viewing area is open for access, you need to redeem the service when entering the area, which is located at the left-hand side of the Walt Disney Grand Theater.
2. For children under the age of 3 years old on the day of their visit who will enjoying free access , their guardians must also bring and present the child’s original physical copy of the Valid Government ID, such as the original physical copy of PRC Resident ID Card or the original physical copy of Household Register (Hu Kou Bu).
