The number of tickets available is limited. Tickets are valid only on specific date, or for Two-Day tickets, only on specific dates. Entertainment, ticket types, entitlements and prices subject to change without notice. Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
Any date marked "Unavailable" indicates that tickets are not currently available for purchase through this website at this time. Guests may still inquire about remaining tickets for these dates with our authorized trade partners or select another date.
Guests using senior tickets must be aged 65 and above on the day of their visit (One-Day ticket) or on the date of the day of their first visit (Two-Day ticket).
One-Day Dated Ticket including RMB 100 Merchandise Cash Coupon Terms and Conditions:
General Information
1. The ticket included in this offer is a One-Day dated ticket. When purchasing tickets, guests need to select the visitation date from the applicable dates indicated on the validity period calendar, and can only enter the park on the day selected at the time of ticket purchase. The cash coupon included in this offer is a dated merchandise cash coupon. The redemption date must be the date selected at the time guests purchase the “One-Day Dated Ticket including RMB 100 Merchandise Cash Coupon” offer, and can only be used on the day of visit.
2. This offer must be purchased at least one day prior to the date of admission.
3. This offer can only be exchanged within the ticket’s validity period (stated above). The dated ticket can be exchanged twice providing the new ticket is of an equal or greater value, i.e., from Regular Plus to Peak. Eligibility is subject to availability, and date changes must occur 48 hours prior to 00:00am on the original date of the entitlement. If a ticket is of greater value, the guest must pay the difference in price through the Shanghai Disney Resort Reservation Center (Hotline: 400-180-0000 or +86-21-3158-0000).
4. “One-Day Dated Ticket including RMB 100 Merchandise Cash Coupon - Senior” can be upgraded to a “One-Day Dated Ticket including RMB 100 Merchandise Cash Coupon - Standard” after paying the difference in price on-site.
5. The ticket and coupon in this offer cannot be partially cancelled or partially transferred.
6. This offer is non-transferrable, non-refundable, and the personal identification information registered at the time of purchase cannot be changed after purchase unless otherwise required by law.
7. This offer is only available in limited quantities.
Coupon Details
1. Upon the guest’s visit, in order to get the RMB 100 Merchandise Cash Coupon, guests must bind their park ticket to the Shanghai Disney Resort Official WeChat account by scanning their park ticket after they have entered the park. Guests can get the coupon by opening the Shanghai Disney Resort Official WeChat account, clicking through ‘Online Booking’ - ‘My Center’ – ‘Coupon Center’ – ‘Ticket Special’ to scan the QR Code at the back of ticket to get the coupon.
2. Guests can view and redeem the coupon in ‘My Coupon’ in WeChat ‘My Center’ and open the coupon to display the QR Code of the coupon when used in the applicable stores. Each merchandise cash coupon has one QR Code and can only be used one time. The cash coupon will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
3. The cash coupon of this offer is a dated cash coupon, and can be applicable to all Disney stores in Shanghai Disney Resort excluding Hongqiao International Airport Store and Suzhou Village Store. It cannot be redeemed at outdoor vending carts, for balloon, pre-sale products, Disney Photopass service, stroller and wheelchair rental. This coupon cannot be used to purchase Disney Gift Cards. Please refer to the actual operating conditions on site and the applicable stores hours of operation, please refer to the official release on the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App. Please refer to the below list for participating boutiques:

4. This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other merchandise benefits, and it cannot be transferred to others or transferred, cannot be replaced or refunded, cannot be sold or exchanged or cashed, unless otherwise stipulated by law. Only one coupon can be used for each transaction.
5. Due to capacity constraints, inclement weather, special events, safety, security or order reasons, or other circumstances, we may change the park operating hours or the opening hours of any stores in the park from time to time, temporarily close the park or any part of the park area, limit the number of people entering the park, and/or suspend or close any stores.
Entry
1. Shanghai Disney Resort is currently in a reservation phase, where all guests, including guests with a paid or complimentary ticket and Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass holders, must make a reservation to obtain a Shanghai Disneyland Reservation QR Code via https://shdr.cn/df and must enter the park with a green Health QR Code, Shanghai Disneyland Reservation QR Code, prepaid ticket order and a China government ID card, or valid travel document.
2. Guests with disabilities are eligible to purchase this product with the same pricing as a senior ticket by presenting a valid certificate or proof of disability. If a guest with disabilities wishes to purchase this product, the guest will need to contact the Shanghai Disney Resort Reservation Center (by calling 400-180-0000 or 86-21-3158-0000), or visit the Shanghai Disneyland Main Entrance Guest Services. When entering the park, the guest will be required to present the original copy of the valid certificate or proof of disability, as well as their valid China government ID card or travel document onsite.
3. Guests are required to provide their valid government ID/Travel Document/Passport information and their prepaid ticket order when entering the park. Guests who reserve a single ticket or a number of park tickets are required to enter the park with the rest of the ticket holders booked under their government ID during their first visit.
4. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 or older to enter the park.
