Taxi pick-up and drop-off services are required to use the West Public Transportation Hub

Please note that according to the relevant provisions of Shanghai Transportation Management No. 87 [2016], taxi drivers, in addition to the designated pick-up and drop-off areas within hotels and other premises in the Shanghai International Tourism Resort, are also allowed to pick up and drop off passengers at the “West Public Transportation Hub”. Taxis are not allowed to provide drop-off and pick-up service in Disney Car and Coach Park.

To protect guest rights, we remind all guests to only purchase Shanghai Disney Resort products and services via official and authorized channels.

For park ticketing products and hotel reservations, guests can make purchase through the resort’s official direct channels including the Shanghai Disney Resort official website, app and WeChat account, as well as the resort’s Disney Reservation Center, official Jingdong Flagship Store and official Fliggy Store, or through our official travel partners. If you want to purchase Disney Premier Access, please refer to the resort’s official direct channels below after you have purchased your park tickets. Disney Premier Access products and services are only available through these four channels:
  • Shanghai Disney Resort’s official website
  • Shanghai Disney Resort’s official app
  • Shanghai Disney Resort’s official WeChat account
  • Shanghai Disney Resort official Fliggy Store
Products and services purchased via any other channels are non-official, unauthorized, highly likely fake or fraudulent, which may therefore lead to guests at their own risk and responsibility of financial loss. As such illegal commercial activities also bring significant damage to the resort’s reputation, business and normal operations, we have been working closely with relevant government authorities to crackdown on these activities including monitoring and reporting them regularly to the local government.
Due to high demand, Shanghai Disney Resort parking lots will be at or near full capacity during the weekends and holidays. Guests visiting Shanghai Disneyland and Disneytown are advised to take the metro, taxi or other public transportation.

How to Redeem Your Exclusive Experience

  • Please redeem your Disney Concierge Services at The Walt Disney Grand Theatre in Disneytown before you enter Shanghai Disneyland.
  • Premier Admission Benefit: Before entering Shanghai Disneyland, the purchaser should sign into Shanghai Disney Resort Official App, click “My Plans” and find the “Disney Concierge Services Premier Admission QR Code” on the red digital card of “Disney Concierge Services” and present to the Cast Member at the Disneytown entrance to redeem their “Premier Admission” Benefit.
    1) Screenshots or other images showing the “Disney Concierge Services Premier Admission QR Code” will not be accepted.
  • After entering Shanghai Disneyland, the “Disney Premier Access Set” and Disney Premier Access of “Mickey’s Storybook Express” and “ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration” contained in the “Disney Concierge Services” will be linked to the park tickets and Disney Premier Access can be checked in Shanghai Disney Resort Official App by signing into the purchaser’s account. Please queue up and enter the Disney Premier Access Entrance at the attraction or arrive at the reserved viewing areas marked on the digital map of “Mickey’s Storybook Express” and “ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration” referred by each Disney Premier Access. At the Disney Access Point, scan the Disney Premier Access QR code located within the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App or scan the QR code located on the back of your park ticket. After scanning the QR code, a Cast Member will check that the photo associated with the park ticket matches the identity of the person redeeming the Disney Premier Access. If the Disney Premier Access user does not match the visual identity of the park ticket holder, the Disney Premier Access will not be accepted. Disney Premier Access is valid only on the date of entering the park and can be used only once at each corresponding attraction and entertainment.
  • All Guests are required to provide the original physical copy of your ID document. (Mainland China guests are required to bring your PRC Resident ID Card. Hong Kong China and Macao China guests are required to bring a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents. Taiwan China guests are required to bring a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents. Other guests are required to bring a valid foreign passport or PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card). The ID number of which will be collected by Shanghai Disney Resort at the time of entry.
  • All guests booked to enjoy “Disney Concierge Services” must be present at the meeting location to redeem the service together if a booking is made using one valid government-issued ID.

Terms & Conditions

  • Park tickets are not included as part of Disney Concierge Services. The price of the offer varies by date, and the price of the offer, if still available, may fluctuate on the date your visit. Guests may purchase the offer based on the price published on official channels at the time of purchase, subject to availability. Guests are advised to purchase in advance.
  • Each Disney Concierge Services is limited to one guest. All guests aged 3 years old or above and with a height of 1.0 meter and above on the day of their visit should make this purchase.
  • The validity calendar will show 7 valid dates for this product and is updated on daily basis.
  • Guests are required to provide their full name, valid ID information and mobile phone number when booking. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Up to five Disney Concierge Services can be purchased using one valid ID in one order, and each valid ID can only be used to place one order on any selected day.
  • To ensure smooth park entry, all guests are required to provide the original physical copy of your ID document (PRC Resident ID Card/passport/PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card or other travel document) and prepaid ticket order. Guests who reserve a single ticket or a number of park tickets are required to enter the park with rest of the ticket holders booked under their government ID. Guests with disabilities will be required to provide their valid government ID (PRC Resident ID Card/passport/PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card or other travel document) and the original valid certificate or proof of disability, and then pass the “ID Query” page of “China Disabled Person’s Federation” WeChat Official Account to verify their disability certificate at the Disneytown entrance before entering the park. Guests who fail to present valid disability certificates and/or who cannot secure digital verification of their disability certificates may need to pay the difference of Standard ticket price to enter the park.
  • At least one guest per group must be 16 years or older.
  • Disney Concierge Services are subject to the park’s operational availability for any guests wishing to purchase a same-day order.
  • Disney Premier Access and other benefits contained within the Disney Concierge Services are restricted to the guests who redeem the Disney Concierge Services. They are not transferable and may not be resold or exchanged for any items of value or services, including but not limited to cash, gift cards, meals, other theme park tickets or alcohol and tobacco.
  • Unless otherwise provided by law, all items contained in the “Disney Concierge Services” are non-transferable and non-refundable without our permission.
  • Dated Disney Concierge Services can be replaced twice with new dated Disney Concierge Services of equal or greater value by paying the difference in price - replacement eligibility is subject to availability. Date changes must occur, at the latest, 48 hours prior to 00:00am on the date of the entitlement (e.g. If you have bought a ticket for January 4, you will have until midnight on January 1st to change the visit date.) .
  • The Disney Premier Access contained in the Disney Concierge Services are linked to the park tickets of guests. We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by App error which is not attributable to our fault or caused by any unauthorized duplication or sale of Disney Premier Access. The price of Disney Concierge Services does not change if any of the attractions corresponding to the Disney Premier Access contained in Disney Concierge Services are temporarily suspended or closed. Please verify the attractions listed on the Disney Premier Access Set Details screen for the day, as well as the attraction real-time status published on the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App.
  • In consideration of capacity, extreme weather including but not limited to typhoon (when a blue alert for typhoon or above is issued by Shanghai Meteorological Centre or Pudong Meteorological Station), high temperature (when an orange alert for high temperature or above is issued by Shanghai Meteorological Centre or Pudong Meteorological Station), air pollution (when a blue alert for heavy air pollution or above is issued by Shanghai Meteorological Centre or Pudong Meteorological Station or when Air Quality Index published by Shanghai Environmental Monitoring Centre or Shanghai Meteorological Centre exceeds 300), special events, safety or order in the Park, or if the circumstances so require,
    1) We may from time to time, change the operating hours of the Park or any Park attraction, close the Park or any part of it to the general public temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program.
    2) We reserve the right to deny admission to any person, or to require a person already admitted to leave the Park.
  • In instances of inclement weather, Disney Concierge Services will still commence. We encourage our guests to dress accordingly. We may photograph, film, videotape and/or record in the park. Guests’ entry into the park constitutes guests’ consent to be filmed, photographed and/or recorded, and to our use of these images and/or sound recordings, which may capture your portrait and/or voice, for our internal business, administrative and operational purposes or other directly related purposes, for the purposes of meeting the legal, safety or security requirements, or for other legitimate purposes. Guests are responsible for the security and protection of their personal belongings at all times. Admission to Shanghai Disneyland is subject to the Park Rules and Regulations as posted on our website (https://www.shanghaidisneyresort.com/en/rules).
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change. If there are mandatory requirements stated in the laws otherwise, then related ordinances will be followed. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “we” means either or both of “Shanghai International Theme Park Company Limited” and “Shanghai International Theme Park and Resort Management Company Limited”.

There will be no accompaniment of a guide during the dining and break time. This service is only available for groups of three (3) guests or more. How to Redeem Your Exclusive Experience

  • Please redeem your Disney Concierge Services at The Walt Disney Grand Theatre in Disneytown before you enter Shanghai Disneyland.
  • Premier Admission Benefit: Before entering Shanghai Disneyland, the purchaser should sign into Shanghai Disney Resort Official App, click “My Plans” and find the “Disney Concierge Services Premier Admission QR Code” on the red digital card of “Disney Concierge Services” and present to the Cast Member at the Disneytown entrance to redeem their “Premier Admission” Benefit.
    1) Screenshots or other images showing the “Disney Concierge Services Premier Admission QR Code” will not be accepted.
  • After entering Shanghai Disneyland, the “Disney Premier Access Set” and Disney Premier Access of “Mickey’s Storybook Express” and “ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration” contained in the “Disney Concierge Services” will be linked to the park tickets and Disney Premier Access can be checked in Shanghai Disney Resort Official App by signing into the purchaser’s account. Please queue up and enter the Disney Premier Access Entrance at the attraction or arrive at the reserved viewing areas marked on the digital map of “Mickey’s Storybook Express” and “ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration” referred by each Disney Premier Access. At the Disney Access Point, scan the Disney Premier Access QR code located within the Shanghai Disney Resort Official App or scan the QR code located on the back of your park ticket. After scanning the QR code, a Cast Member will check that the photo associated with the park ticket matches the identity of the person redeeming the Disney Premier Access. If the Disney Premier Access user does not match the visual identity of the park ticket holder, the Disney Premier Access will not be accepted. Disney Premier Access is valid only on the date of entering the park and can be used only once at each corresponding attraction and entertainment.
  • All Guests are required to provide the original physical copy of your ID document. (Mainland China guests are required to bring your PRC Resident ID Card. Hong Kong China and Macao China guests are required to bring a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents. Taiwan China guests are required to bring a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents. Other guests are required to bring a valid foreign passport or PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card). The ID number of which will be collected by Shanghai Disney Resort at the time of entry.
  • All guests booked to enjoy “Disney Concierge Services” must be present at the meeting location to redeem the service together if a booking is made using one valid government-issued ID.

Terms & Conditions

  • Park tickets are not included as part of Disney Concierge Services. The price of the offer varies by date, and the price of the offer, if still available, may fluctuate on the date your visit. Guests may purchase the offer based on the price published on official channels at the time of purchase, subject to availability. Guests are advised to purchase in advance.
  • Each Disney Concierge Services is limited to one guest. All guests aged 3 years old or above and with a height of 1.0 meter and above on the day of their visit should make this purchase.
  • The validity calendar will show 7 valid dates for this product and is updated on daily basis.
  • Guests are required to provide their full name, valid ID information and mobile phone number when booking. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Up to five Disney Concierge Services can be purchased using one valid ID in one order, and each valid ID can only be used to place one order on any selected day.
  • To ensure smooth park entry, all guests are required to provide the original physical copy of your ID document (PRC Resident ID Card/passport/PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card or other travel document) and prepaid ticket order. Guests who reserve a single ticket or a number of park tickets are required to enter the park with rest of the ticket holders booked under their government ID. Guests with disabilities will be required to provide their valid government ID (PRC Resident ID Card/passport/PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card or other travel document) and the original valid certificate or proof of disability, and then pass the “ID Query” page of “China Disabled Person’s Federation” WeChat Official Account to verify their disability certificate at the Disneytown entrance before entering the park.   • Disney Concierge Services are subject to the park’s operational availability for any guests wishing to purchase a same-day order.
  • Disney Premier Access and other benefits contained within the Disney Concierge Services are restricted to the guests who redeem the Disney Concierge Services. They are not transferable and may not be resold or exchanged for any items of value or services, including but not limited to cash, gift cards, meals, other theme park tickets or alcohol and tobacco.
  • Unless otherwise provided by law, all items contained in the “Disney Concierge Services” are non-transferable and non-refundable without our permission.
  • Dated Disney Concierge Services can be replaced twice with new dated Disney Concierge Services of equal or greater value by paying the difference in price - replacement eligibility is subject to availability. Date changes must occur, at the latest, 48 hours prior to 00:00am on the date of the entitlement (e.g. If you have bought a ticket for January 4, you will have until midnight on January 1st to change the visit date.) .
  • The Disney Premier Access contained in the Disney Concierge Services are linked to the park tickets of guests. We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by App error which is not attributable to our fault or caused by any unauthorized duplication or sale of Disney Premier Access. The price of Disney Concierge Services does not change if any of the attractions corresponding to the Disney Premier Access contained in Disney Concierge Services are temporarily suspended or closed.   • In consideration of capacity, extreme weather including but not limited to typhoon (when a blue alert for typhoon or above is issued by Shanghai Meteorological Centre or Pudong Meteorological Station), high temperature (when an orange alert for high temperature or above is issued by Shanghai Meteorological Centre or Pudong Meteorological Station), air pollution (when a blue alert for heavy air pollution or above is issued by Shanghai Meteorological Centre or Pudong Meteorological Station or when Air Quality Index published by Shanghai Environmental Monitoring Centre or Shanghai Meteorological Centre exceeds 300), special events, safety or order in the Park, or if the circumstances so require,
    1) We may from time to time, change the operating hours of the Park or any Park attraction, close the Park or any part of it to the general public temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program.
    2) We reserve the right to deny admission to any person, or to require a person already admitted to leave the Park.
  • In instances of inclement weather, Disney Concierge Services will still commence. We encourage our guests to dress accordingly. We may photograph, film, videotape and/or record in the park. Guests’ entry into the park constitutes guests’ consent to be filmed, photographed and/or recorded, and to our use of these images and/or sound recordings, which may capture your portrait and/or voice, for our internal business, administrative and operational purposes or other directly related purposes, for the purposes of meeting the legal, safety or security requirements, or for other legitimate purposes. Guests are responsible for the security and protection of their personal belongings at all times. Admission to Shanghai Disneyland is subject to the Park Rules and Regulations as posted on our website (https://www.shanghaidisneyresort.com/en/rules).
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change. If there are mandatory requirements stated in the laws otherwise, then related ordinances will be followed. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “we” means either or both of “Shanghai International Theme Park Company Limited” and “Shanghai International Theme Park and Resort Management Company Limited”.

Use this calendar to check admission dates and blockout dates for each type of Annual Pass.

Guests will be able to see the following six months of the pass calendar (including the current month). The pass calendar for the new month will be released in the middle of each month. The “Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass Calendar” is subject to change in instances where the government announces adjustments to holidays and non-working days. We may restrict the number of persons with access to the park due to capacity.

The number of tickets available is limited. Tickets are valid only on specific date, or for Two-Day tickets, only on specific dates. Entertainment, ticket types, entitlements and prices subject to change without notice. Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable.

Any date marked "Unavailable" indicates that tickets are not currently available for purchase through this website at this time. Guests may still inquire about remaining tickets for these dates with our authorized trade partners or select another date.

Guests using senior tickets must be aged 60 and above on the day of their visit (One-Day ticket) or on the date of the day of their first visit (Two-Day ticket).

Guests with disabilities will be required to present their original valid government ID/Travel Document/Passport information and the original valid certificate or proof of disability, and then pass the “ID Query” page of “China Disabled Person’s Federation” WeChat Official Account to verify their disability certificate at the Main Entrance before entering the park. Guests who fail to present valid disability certificates and/or who cannot secure digital verification of their disability certificates may need to pay the difference of Standard ticket price to enter the park.

Disney Premier Tour Entitlements:

• Shanghai Disneyland admission is not included in the cost of the tour.
• The validity calendar will show 14 valid dates for this product and is updated on daily basis.
• Each Product is a seven (7) hours consecutive exclusive experience, including six (6) hours of tour experience and one (1) hour for a mid-tour dining and break at Royal Banquet Hall, which is inseparable and is only available during the tour. There will be no accompaniment of a guide during the dining and break time. Any time spent dining and break after such one (1) hour will be deducted from the tour experience time. For a minimum of three (3) guests and a maximum of eight (8) guests. Children under the age of 3 years old on the day of their visit will not be counted in the number of total guests.
• Additional hours will incur a surcharge. Each product can be extended up to a maximum of eight (8) consecutive hours in total, including seven (7) hours of tour experience and one (1) hour of dining and break. Please contact the Disney Premier Tour Service Reservation Center at +86 (21) 2060-3366 for more information.
• Guests can enjoy a culinary experience at Royal Banquet Hall with a choice of either lunch, afternoon tea or dinner during the tour.
• We may from time to time change the menu items and operating hours of Royal Banquet Hall, adjust or close the dining and break area temporarily. Please refer to the restaurant for availability.
• If guests do not wish to enjoy the food offered at Royal Banquet Hall (included in the Disney Premier Tour price), they may dine at a restaurant of their choice at their own expense. No partial refunds will be given if this occurs.
• Payment must be made in full before the start of the tour.
• A dated Disney Premier Tour in total can be replaced twice with a new dated Disney Premier Tour of lower, equal or greater value, eligibility to replace is based on availability. Date changes must occur 48 hours prior to 00:00 on the date of the entitlement. (e.g. If you have bought a ticket for January 4, you will have until midnight on January 1st to change the visit date). We may from time to time, change the operating hours of the park or any park attraction, close the park or any part of it to the general public temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program. The tour must be used by the same group of people during its period of validity. In the instance of inclement weather, tours will still commence. We encourage our guests to dress accordingly. We may photograph, film, videotape and/or record in the park at any time. Guests’ entry into the park constitutes guests’ consent to be filmed, photographed and/or recorded, and to our use of these images and/or sound recordings, which may capture your likeness and/or voice, for our internal business, administrative and operational purposes or other directly related purposes, for the purposes of meeting legal, safety or security requirements, or for other legitimate purposes. Guests are responsible for the security and protection of your personal belongings at all times. Admission to Shanghai Disneyland is subject to the Park Rules and Regulations as posted on our website (https://www.shanghaidisneyresort.com/en/rules). These terms and conditions are subject to change. If there are mandatory requirements stated in the laws otherwise, then related ordinances will be followed. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “we” means either or both of “Shanghai International Theme Park Company Limited” and “Shanghai International Theme Park and Resort Management Company Limited”.
