The number of tickets available is limited. Tickets are valid only on specific date, or for Two-Day tickets, only on specific dates. Entertainment, ticket types, entitlements and prices subject to change without notice. Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
Any date marked "Unavailable" indicates that tickets are not currently available for purchase through this website at this time. Guests may still inquire about remaining tickets for these dates with our authorized trade partners or select another date.
Guests using senior tickets must be aged 60 and above on the day of their visit (One-Day ticket) or on the date of the day of their first visit (Two-Day ticket).
Guests with disabilities will be required to present their original valid government ID/Travel Document/Passport information and the original valid certificate or proof of disability, and then pass the “ID Query” page of “China Disabled Person’s Federation” WeChat Official Account to verify their disability certificate at the Main Entrance before entering the park. Guests who fail to present valid disability certificates and/or who cannot secure digital verification of their disability certificates may need to pay the difference of Standard ticket price to enter the park.

1. Product Details:The ticket included in this offer is a one-day dated ticket. When purchasing tickets, guests need to select the visitation date from the applicable dates indicated on the validity period calendar. This offer includes a park dining coupon book. The redemption date must be the date selected at the time guests purchase this offer and can only be used on the day of visit.

Guests can view and redeem the coupon in ‘My Coupon’ on the Shanghai Disney Resort official App or WeChat account “My Center”. Open the coupon to display the QR Code of the coupon when ready to use.
This coupon can only be used once per transaction. The coupon cannot be redeemed for cash in whole or in part. Any additional charges must be paid by the guest.

Change Conditions
1. Ticket Upgrade: “One-Day Dated Ticket + Park Dining Coupon Book– Child/Senior/ Guests with disabilities“can be upgraded to an “One-Day Dated Ticket + Park Dining Coupon Book– Standard” after paying the difference in price onsite.
2. Refund & Cancellation Terms: This offer cannot be transferred, cancelled or refunded in whole or in part, unless otherwise required by law.
The personal identification information registered at the time of purchase cannot be changed after purchase unless otherwise required by law.
3. Date Change: This offer can only be exchanged within the ticket’s validity period (stated below). The dated ticket can be exchanged twice, providing the product is of an equal or greater value, i.e., from Regular to Regular Plus. Eligibility is subject to availability, and date changes must occur 48 hours prior to 00:00 on the original date of the entitlement. If a ticket is of greater value, the guest must pay the difference in price through the Shanghai Disney Resort Reservation Center (Hotline: 400-180-0000 or +86-21-3158-0000).

2. Documents Required: All guests entering Shanghai Disney Resort will be required to follow the resort's required health and safety guidance.
Guests can only enter the park on the day selected at the time of the ticket purchasing. All guests are required to provide their valid government ID/Travel Document/Passport information and their prepaid ticket order when entering the park via Shanghai Disneyland Main Entrance.
3. Reminder: Guests who reserve a single ticket or a number of park tickets are required to enter the park with the rest of the ticket holders booked under their government ID during their first visit.
Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 or older to enter the park.
